this is the second time we have had a break down with our motorcycle. we have been waiting over 4 hours for a tow through AAA and when I call to get a eta I get a run around. If you break down on a motorcycle I would definitely look for another company. read more

Picasso picked me up to tow my car from my home to Volvo in Fife. He was very professional and does his job very well and is a great driver. My car broken down (dead battery) in a small town (no stop sign/light small) where I was visiting. My emergency road side service thru state farm, sent referral for Grants Towing to come assist. The fellow from Grants Towing called me and said it would be about 1 1/2 hours. They were about 65 miles away. (State farm kept sending me texts asking if they arrived and how was the services.) Arrival time came and went. I called Grants towing to find ETA and I was told no one was coming. They said my insurance denied. I asked if they were planning on telling me that information. Meanwhile, texts kept coming from state farm asking if they arrived and how was service. I texted back no one arrived and gave a big zero. I received a call from state farm emergency road side service about 10 minutes later. They said they did not deny the service. And tried to find another tow company. Again. small town nothing available. Eventually everything worked --a whole different story, no thanks to Grants towing. They left me stranded. read more

My Kia Sorrento's engine stalled last Monday morning while I was traveling 70 MPH on I-5 South near Chehalis with my two grandchildren and my sister. Through Divine intervention we safely coasted to the shoulder from the fast lane. We could have been killed. AAA recommended Grant's Towing and they were right to do so. Kudos to Ryan from Grant's Towing. He was so calm, thoughtful, and took care of us even to ensure we all rode atop of his flat bed tow truck (in my Kia). He called me while we were traveling offering to stop if we needed anything on the way to LeDuc's. We definitely needed this treatment after spending 1.5 hours so close to the traffic that semi's, huge RV's and other vehicles rocked my Sorrento; we were so anxious and on edge. Home of the 40 minuet lie! No-one calls a tow company because they are lonely, and want a friend to stop by. It's always bad. Car won't start, flat tire, broken window. I had my moment when I needed a tow and unfortunately Ford Fleet Care uses Grants towing. I called 2 times. I was told 40 minutes longer the first call. I called again 50 minutes later to hear another 40-45 minutes. 30 minutes later I started to walk toward the towing company. Well after an hour later I arrived and was told 40 minutes longer...what a joke! I fired them! Will never use them, or recommend them. So why is it that the phone your most likely reading this review, on can update me when there's traffic and my ETA is going to be delayed? But the human behind Grants Towing doesn't have a clue? We are passing through the area with our new fifth wheel and started having trouble with our auto leveler. It was late when we got in so we couldn't do much until morning. We called Grant's Towing and were lucky to get Chris who was patient and brainstormed solutions for quite a while until he resolved the issue. These folks quickly arranged a tow for me in the morning, saying that they would meet me at my vehicle in about an hour. I was carpooling with my family, my older parents, and we ran late getting to my vehicle. We got there in an hour and 15 minutes. We apologized for this 15 delay and they responded by charging us an additional $100 for their time. So their time is worth $400/hr? Time is money, I understand, but that's just nonsense. These folks were punitive and I'd recommend dealing with them cautiously if you have to get a tow by them, not good people. read more

So my car was towed by Grants Towing. Absolutely call them if you don't mind your car getting scratched and a mirror shattered. A long scratch appeared on my drivers door under my mirror after being towed and my front passenger mirror was totally shattered. I informed Grants that this damage was not there before being towed and appeared when I picked up my car and I was told they are not responsible for the damage. So no damage to my car at all before being towed, then after being towed there happens to be all this damage, yet they had nothing to do with it... read more

The hardest part of the entire experience was climbing up in the tow truck to get a ride home. Because I'm short and chubby. First time I've needed a tow since I moved to Washington five years ago. My son was in an accident yesterday morning but cautiously drove his car to work. After work he was nervous to make the 40 minute drive home because he wasn't sure if he suffered any damage so he called AAA for a tow. They dispatched Grant's Towing. After waiting for 45 minutes, my son got a call from AAA stating that Grant's Towing denied the request for a tow. My son works in Winlock, WA and I can't understand the reason why he was denied. For Grant's to be a part of AAA and deny a request for a tow is unacceptable. read more

Though I haven't used them yet, I never will. I am currently behind one of their vehicles and the driver just dropped a lit cigarette on the ground. I realize this doesn't reflect their actual service, but it does reflect the type of people they are and their level of respect and responsibility to the community. If someone can't be bothered to do something as simple as disposing a cigarette responsibly, how can they expect to be bothered with a task that requires more effort? Super fast and awesome, professional guys. We locked our keys in the car, it was running, and our 5 month old was inside. I called AAA but when the tow truck showed up he said we could have just called them directly and they would have done it free of charge. Having worked in the service industry for years and being a generally forgiving person, let me just say that it takes a extraordinary level of incompetence for me to write a negative review. Grant's takes the cake for outrageously bad business. I locked my keys in my car and my insurance company sent Grant's. Grant's quoted the insurance company 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went and my insurance company sent an auto text saying they should have arrived. They hadn't. I called Grant's. They woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful, insisting that they quoted 60 minutes, and that my insurance company was wrong. She never apologized, was a real piece of work. I called my I Duran when company back and they got Grant's to admit that they did in fact erroneously submit a 30 minute ETA. So, I wait another 45 minutes (Hour and fifteen minutes total) and call again to inquire the whereabouts of the driver). They tell me it will be at least another 30 minutes, offer no apology nor effort to remedy the situation. ITS BEEN OVER TWO HOURS AND THEY'RE STILL NOT HERE, quadruple the time they quoted. My day is shot and these jokers don't even have the decency to let me know the driver is going to be late (and later and later yet)! What a joke of a business. read more

I bought a used car....on the way home called Tranny shop to look at it....the owner took car to test drive, it died would not start. I called in a tow....his reccomendation. I called at around 11:30 am for the tow, I left key with Tranny shop and went home waiting for a call from Tranny guy...no call from him, closed at 5. was a little annoyed, he said he would keep in contact. Called the next morning to find the tow truck was just bringing my car in at 9:40 am the next day. I called the owner, who was making excuses, saying snow storm was issue, problem is storm came in at 4 pm. Then decided to make big bucks towing in run offs and put my measly 120.00 tow whenever they got to it. I told owner I expected a timely service, and a discount because of it. I was not called, and my car was left overnight. She hung up on me. I called back and had to ask to speak to her, she very rudely told me she didn't have time to talk to me, she wasn't charging my card, Goodbye! Not really the service or person I am interested in doing business with. read more
