My team is not easy to deal with, trust me...I KNOW! And she could totally get so irritated with our process (I would...I am!), but she doesn't. The entire process takes longer than I would like, again because I am not in the same office getting people to review and approve is like herding cats. Her follow-up is so appreciated and I want to really acknowledge that. And we have had a few issues with items not being what we were expecting or they didn't stick, whatever the case is, she has no problem working with me to get it taken care of. In a time when customer service is becoming a lost art, it is important to call attention to businesses that still try to do their best. I've had mixed experiences with Fast Signs. My friend ordered a feather banner for our org and when…read moreI arrived I found out it only had a base for driving into the ground. Since we were setting it up on cement I had to order another base for an additional fee. The person at Fast Signs said my friend didn't mention she needed a different base but I feel like the communication could be more clear. However they did work with me to get the base I needed in time for my event and delivered it my office for free. Later we lost a section of the pole (not at all their fault), and I had to order a new pole segment. I had to follow up several times to get the invoice delivered. They said they could get it in time for my next event but in the end it did not arrive in time and they did not attempt to reach out to me to let me know, I had to call to find out it was delayed. However they did try to figure out the cause of the delay and retrieve it in time, though they ultimately were not able to do so. Finally when I got the pole I discovered they had ordered the wrong pole size. I think they mean well and want to do a good job and help you out but just don't seem that on top of it. I would not go with them for anything high-stakes or time-sensitive.
