They worked quickly getting things resolved. In short order, the water was gone, things were cleaned up, and fans set to dry it all out. He was very thorough and checked areas of the basement we hadn't thought to check because there was no visible water intrusion but the sensor was picking up moisture so he put a fan on it. Their quick response, clean up, fans, and expertise were well worth what they charged. They followed up and double checked how things were going a couple days later. Very happy with them! The seal around the new glass was loose and when we reported this issue, they promised to send out a worker to take a look and never did. We asked 3 different times over several months and explained that we had water leaking into the garage. Each time they indicated they would follow up but they never did. In the end we tried to fix ourselves & then noticed that the new glass did not fit the frame. There was a gap. Could this company be any worse? Don't think so. Actually, rates no stars.
