They were recently bought out by some other outfit, Shield Storage. Since then, their prices have steadily climbed and climbed. I just received ANOTHER letter of rent increase. What started at $110 is now costing me $163 per month. The increases are now happening multiple times per year. This is not a local business. It is not a family business. If they offer you an introductory rate, you're going to get locked in to a much higher rate later. They are going to squeeze you until, finally, the price increases are greater than the hassle of moving your belongings elsewhere. Self storage is often a pretty scummy market. This place WAS okay, and now they're no different than any other corporate storage outfit.
