Customer service has great room for improvement. - My 1st time arriving my access code didn't work, staff were on lunch and I waited around for 45 mins with 2 trucks full of movers and items. They have an app for remote gate access but staff on site have no idea how it works and can't troubleshoot issues. Prices went up $60/mo! - The deal started out as 1/2 off for 3 months, went to normal billing for 3 months, and now it's an extra $60/month?! Their competition around the corner is now $100 less per month and they were unwilling to retain my business by offering a lower rate. Byeeee!

The crew at Murdocks worked tirelessly from 8:30AM until 8:30PM picking up my family of 5's life and home in Chico and moving us to our new home in Rocklin. Not only did they handle everything with such amazing care while loading, the attention to detail while unloading is what really set it over the top for me. Their prices are very competitive and we've had nothing but good experiences. This AMAZING trio, including BLAKE, SAM and SERGIO pulled up their sleeves and went right to work and never stopped all day except to throw down a sandwich for lunch. It was 98° that day but nothing slowed them down. We were quite impressed. Besides just moving in/out, upon our request they moved a few pieces here and there until we were happy when the furniture fit. The trio was very courteous, efficient and kind. Their wittiness made the move much more pleasant and the day(s) seemed to go by faster. We consider BLAKE, SAM and SERGIO as assets to Ernies. They were definitely the "A" TEAM!!

My parents moved out of their 4000 plus square foot house they had lived in for almost 40 years. They spent their life collecting art and antiques. Many of the items were difficult to move and very precious to them. The boys showed up, worked quickly and carefully asking pertinent questions and gave us confidence that they understood how to handle their pieces. The entire experience was beyond expectation. Not sure if you can request a particular crew, but if you can, ask for these gentlemen. You won't be disappointed! Worth every penny spent. Great value for the effort put out.
