They do good work but beware that there pricing is very expensive. Had one hoodie dry cleaned at a cost of $14.50 and the other hoodie laundered and it was $14.50 for a total of $29.00 ? When I called and told them that I thought it was a error a nice gentleman said in so many words that they do good work, I called three Dry cleaners in Auburn and the most it would have cost was not more than $10.00. Had a quilt cleaned for the first time at Mercury Cleaners. Took a while but came back in great shape, clean, no smell like the first time I had a laundry mat wash it at a different business. That time we had to air it out for almost a week before it stopped smelling. Will deffinetly use them again. read more

I don't typically dry clean, had two items to take in. Very nice people, easy drop off and pickup. I generally liked the store. Would recommend to try to set up a better way to organize big bulky items. Part of the store looked like a teenager's room. They did a good job though on the cleaning. :) read more

I dont know much about dry cleaning and what can and can't be done to a specific garment, but I do know that I dropped off a jacket, they then charged me over 15 dollars for it to be cleaned, and while it was clearly washed, there is an absolute ton of hair all over it still (it had hair on it when I took it in, but they really didn't knock any of it off. read more

Proceeded to drop of my items and was informed that while they are open on Weekends, Monday would be what they considered "next day." When I expressed that perhaps their website should reflect what the business deems as "next day", I found no empathy. They went out of their way to help me find my clothes that were "misplaced/abandoned" by Ballerina. They were very cordial, but I was very disappointed when the cleaning was returned with a very strong odor of artificial perfume. That was quite unexpected, given that they advertise themselves as an eco-friendly cleaners. Over one week has passed, and, after airing out the garments, the problem remains. Very unhappy. I dropped my wedding dress for cleaning the beginning of October, I was told it would be done in 3 weeks. I called in November to check on the status of the cleaning of my dress. Was told it would be done soon they were just "very busy". I called again in December, they had my dress for two months at this point, and was given the same answer...very busy, it would be done soon. I called again in January, THREE months now, they had my dress. I left a message, no return call. Three days later, left another message, no return call back. I got very nervous, this was not a cheap wedding dress and now they were not returning my calls! I went in to the store on a Saturday and asked for my dress. I was told it was not there it was being kept at another location, and was STILL not done! I asked them to bring it to the GV store so I could pick it up on Monday. I picked it up and drove it to another cleaner in town, and for the same price Mercury quoted me they cleaned my dress beautifully and I had it back in 2 weeks! read more
