The call was to about 5 tree removal services in our area. Paradise Gardens was the very 1st to respond to our call. The inspection and explanation on how the removal was very easy to understand. Plus our yard has sum challenges. Such as wet ground in the spring and summer with normal to above rainfall. Also the Charter and telephone utility boxes within 6 feet and our neighbors property. We scheduled an appointment and was told late June or July depending on weather. They realized we were in a dry patch of weather this early summer and came in early June. Kudos for remembering our situation. Paradise Gardens Nursery showed up with a good handful of very professional crew that new the exact job that needed to be done. The clean up after removal was top notch as we had to do no clean up either. They are a local service and I highly recommend them for a tree removal service.

The work was completed, which was okay, except for the fact they had a young girl trying to back up a truckload of limestone, so she drove on the lawn, gunned it, and tore up the lawn. She admitted to me she did it and was not careful when trying to maneuver the truck. They did put grass seed down, but did not fill in the ruts it caused. The biggest issue, though, was after the work was completed, I called the man who gave me the quote to ask him if I would receive a bill or what. I received a call back from that man several hours later, and he told me he did not calculate the job correctly, and there were more additional labor hours completed than what he quoted. He told me now the bill was almost $1000 more than his quote. I told the man that when they saw that the job was maybe going to take additional labor hours than quoted, they should have immediately notified me, the customer, to advise the same. You cannot just charge someone almost $1000 more for a job. I have now heard similar stories about this company pulling these stunts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED!!!!!! Otherwise I would have rated 0 stars.

When they came here to do our quote, they went up on our roof, did measurements, wrote out the full quote and gave it to us on the spot. This was surprising because we've had 5 or 6 quotes on our roof in the past couple years, and Integrity was the only company that even went on the roof. Also, their quote was much more detailed than the rest. It made us feel like they actually wanted the job. A few days before they started, they dropped off the shingles (they put them all on the house roof & garage roof), and separately dropped off the big dumpster for their trash. The workers were at our house early on the day of the job, I think it was about 7am. This isn't a complaint, it's just a warning to those with young kids or third shifters -- once they're on the roof, it's gonna be LOUD 'til they're done. The workers were quick, efficient and courteous. Around noon a man from Integrity stopped over to see if the crew needed additional supplies from the store, asked us if we had any questions, and brought the crew lunch. He was friendly and helpful to the workers and to us. The full job was done around 4pm including clean up. I only found 4 or 5 nails that they missed -- not too shabby considering the enormous amount of trash a 2 layer tear-off and a new roof creates. A few days after the job was complete, the owner came over to inspect the crew's work, and he asked if we had any questions or issues. We were really impressed by this, because often it's after the workers leave that you realize you had a question or two. It's a little difficult parting with that much money, but it was well worth it. We had one of those houses where the shingles were curling and falling off. When I look at our house these days, I don't have that aching feeling that the next storm may be the start of leaks inside our home. Now we've got one of the snazziest roofs on the block. Every part of our experience with Integrity was excellent; we highly recommend their work.

Owner, Chris, did consult agreeing that maple was in good shape, just needed light trim. crew showed up (not with Chris). Scott trimmed front perfectly. Another young man proceeded to climb my maple. I looked out the window and noticed that he was, what I considered, OVERLY AGGRESSIVE in trimming! They were picking up branches to haul off and appeared to be packing up. I opened window and asked them about mulberry as that was the one I was most worried about. Didn't want it to bring wires down when snow flies. stated they didn't have on work order. I showed him my estimate and called owner - handed worker the phone. They then trimmed mulberry. Would have liked it trimmed the way I explained to Chris but as long as the wires are clear, I let it go. Only reason for 3 stars was punctuality and politeness of crew. Work was done but won't hire again.

We chose to go with A New Leaf because they were competitive and Chris Voss, the owner, took time to review our options, explained everything thoroughly, seemed to care greatly rather than business first and his estimate was very competitive. We booked a date 3-4 weeks out. Yesterday, a crew of 4 guys came to our house with a bucket truck, tractor, trailer. Randy was the foreman of the crew and was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. In 4-5 hours, they transformed our curb appeal, our yard, removed all of the branches hanging our our roof and pruned the entire trees perfectly. The tree's still look like trees, they look healthier and 10x better. We could not be more pleased. Lastly, these guys are VERY GOOD at what they do. Above our garage, they took out some huge limbs that would have fallen and crushed our garage, but the guys used ropes and their skills and experience to remove these branches. I was watching and just waiting for it to hit the garage, but it never did, it was pretty amazing. I am just a normal homeowner and have to say, if you need any tree service, A new Leaf tree service exceeded all of our expectations and they were so easy to work with, you will not be disappointed. I trust them fully and will be calling again the next time I need tree pruning or services.

During a tree service at my home on 3/21/25, Dorshak crew knowingly operated a bucket truck with an…read moreactive hydraulic fluid leak. This is a dangerous petroleum product that causes immediate permanent asphalt damage, environmental damage, and is extremely dangerous to people and animals. This resulted in a chemical spill up and down my 280'x12' driveway, onto to the road in front of my house, as well as a constant drip from where the truck was housed to my home (statute below). This incident has left deep-set stains (permanent) and potholes that need to be professionally repaired. Initially I had it cleaned enough to keep the oil from tracking into my house and to protect people and animals. This oil will cause immediate burns if touched and can be fatal if ingested. I was on-site and called their office to report the truck was leaking oil onto my driveway. The foreman told me they put cardboard under the truck where parked to "contain the oil". They did not leave my property when reported but continued to work which increased the amount of oil spilled onto my driveway. I took pictures up and down my driveway and asked the foreman to do the same, which he did. Mr. Dorshak called me early the next morning to send a crew to "clean it up" admitting liability but failed to report the spill which by state statute is mandatory. I needed special equipment and handling or the asphalt could be totally destroyed. From the date of the incident to present, the stains and potholes are up the middle of my driveway where they had not been before, and at the time were puddled on the road which my neighbors witnessed. This is negligence/property damage and several code violations by statute. For the permanent stains and potholes to my driveway Dorshak is legally and financially obligated to return my driveway to its original condition including stains and potholes. Mr. Dorshak will admit no liability while admitting his truck was leaking hydraulic fluid on public and private land which puts him at 100% liability. To date he has not paid me for damages. He wants me to pay for the tree service in full so he can dismiss the claim. STATUTE 49CFR - In WI a leaking hydraulic truck on private property and public roads is prohibited under WI HAZARDOUS SPILLS LAW and FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER LAW which mandates that leaking vehicles cannot be safely operated or transported. As such, I would not recommend using their service.
