As of mid-April, they have delivered on their word. From killing all vegetation in September to now, the change is dramatic, the grass came in like they said it would, and they've been out twice this spring to reseed small patches and fill in where seed was either washed away by fall rain, or maybe eaten by birds. It's not even finished filling in, and we already have the best yard in the neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about them. They told us they were by no means the cheapest guys in town, but pride themselves on being the best. We only bid the job to 2 other companies recommended by the BBB, but neither was as prompt or detailed regarding the quote we asked to have prepared. This truly is a case where we're getting what we paid for; High quality and great customer service.

I was worried about the flower bed because every time I tried to clear it out I ended up tearing up the plants, but they cleared it out with surgical precision so my plants look amazing again.

As any homeowner knows, a good contractor or specialist of any sort for home repairs is worth their weight in gold. If I'm being honest, I had to brace myself in writing this review in preparation that if word gets out too fast he might have less availability when we need him! All that said, to get to the important stuff, Efren was responsive, reliable, prompt, reasonable and most importantly did an excellent job. He helped us remove a MASSIVE limb that was broken and dangling on other branches 20 feet in the air, fix up our front yard and remove the assortment of strange plants and reeds without losing any of the ivy we wanted to maintain, and also removal of a couple of stumps and crazy vines and such. Looks like a different space now. Highly recommend.
