I paid iClimb / Casey $5,000 to remove 1 tree and trim another. They did remove one tree but…read morekilled the hickory tree by trimming it too much. When Casey arrived, he said he planned to take both trees completely but at the end of the day, said he couldn't. This left me with a nearly 30 foot tall tree trunk that now has to be removed because it is dead! I don't appreciate that one of the employees used the back yard as his bathroom for taking a dump.

The crew that came to grind the stump took the time to grind many of the roots radiating from the stump and even used an ax to remove some the grinder couldn't reach. The Lopez crews went over and beyond to provide excellent service, and their price was substantially lower than my other estimate. I will be using them in the future as my preferred tree service.

While another tree service said our only option was to cut down the entire tree, the Lopez team dealt solely with the broken limb. We may later lose the tree but Mr Lopez was open to working to save it, at least for as long as possible. He also showed us where it was compromised and it another piece fell, how that would happen, which comforted us to know it was far from the house and cars. He provided an estimate during the discussion and his team came the following afternoon. They didn't hurt our yard with equipment and didn't leave a mess of wood chips. There's other work we will opt to do later when the expense can be budgeted rather than a surprise. I hate that our tree was hurt and paying money for the fix also hurt! Several of our neighbors recommend and use this team. We will also recommend them to others.

Upon arriving Ash introduced himself with and then consulted with me on what was on the invoice. He was professional and knowledgeable and made great suggestions. As the morning went on he continued to communicate with me and ask me questions about each tree to make sure I got what I needed with out hurting the trees that they were trimming. I have dealt with many contractors in my past and what really impressed me is they showed up on time, completed the job that I requested in the amount of time quoted and for the price that was quoted.
