I had soft serve vanilla and my daughter had the hard serve vanilla. I thought it was good overall but they really should give you the extra rootbeer as it was mostly foam and maybe a quarter of a cup of rootbeer. The Ice cream had a good flavor and we noticed they had many unique sundaes on the board. Probably would go back if in the area but probably not for a float.

The Good and the Bad…read more Don't let the nice staff fool you; this company will not stand behind their product quality, or provide a meaningful warranty (and make sure you get clarification in writing before purchasing a warranty). Purchased two large orders this summer (2022) and here's my experience: Good * Pleasant staff (2nd star is for them) Bad * Follow-through, responsiveness * Verbally told warranty 1 year, later told it was 8wks * Plants not healthy, some failed within two days. Offered to replace at 50% cost. * Ordered plywood to be used to protect new grass; not used at install day.

Jennifer is an artist first, and it shows. She made a beautiful mix of flowers with rich textures arranged with sophistication and artistry. Value? I see something in there that's going to bloom in a few days, extending the life of the bouquet for longer than usual. Clean, natural arrangement, no gimmicks. They were perfect, but very expensive. One talk with Flowers by Jennifer, based in Manchester, NH, seems to have solved the problem. She makes arrangements featuring locally selected flowers and foliage. Her eye for a beautiful arrangement is just wonderful; she is an artist with flowers. Her care for customers is perfect. They didn't show up in the morning (the time they gave me), So I called and they said they'd be out in the afternoon (so now my half day off from work became a full day off from work). Turns out NO ONE EVER CAME. I called Brochu the next morning and the receptionist was just nasty. Didn't have an explanation and didn't care at all that no one came to my house- and that I lost an entire day of work waiting for them. Completely unprofessional. I will never call then again.

Total came out to $90 w the bouquet add-ons. Flowers didnt even last that long either. Market Basket bouquets actually better for your standard roses. Spent $15 on a white/red rose bouquest here that lasted at last twice as long as the roses I got from Chalifours. I know V-Day can be hard to perform on. So maybe it was a one off. But hard to see the value to go back unless needing some sort of floral services.
