It was rough at first with logistical issues on their end with my previous scheduled appointment but we were able to get it rescheduled and I was offered a 10% discount which I accepted. So this company is extremely responsive, arrives on time, does the work, informs of any issues to address in the future (no pressure discussion) and has presented reasonable pricing. I have used them twice now-once - planned and once - unplanned. First service was to clear dryer vent since it had not been done in the 8 yrs (new install) I have owned the home (my bad). David cleared it, tested the air flow and everything worked fine. Advised of a future need which would be a warranty item thus a little more cost and time to complete. Second service - 2.5 mos later late on a Friday, the dryer went into a full alert due to high pressure and shut itself off (built-in safety mechanism). I contacted the company that evening baffled as to why and when could they send someone to inspect it. They responded late that evening that David would arrive first thing Monday morning. He arrived on time - checked the airflow which was fine but the alert was still active. So David went into the crawl space to inspect the duct system and behold it was bad and dangerous (from 8 yrs ago) - flex duct which was easily 3X the length required, 2" vs 4" piping in/out of crawl space using pvc piping, compromised flex duct in the laundry room causing dust to settle around and behind the washer and dryer units - not evident in the open area. It was all incorrectly installed and ultimately dangerous to my home. I was fortunate that I had never suffered a fire. He quoted me a repair and 4 days later he was onsite resetting the whole duct system. Ran into a problem with ducting into the crawl space, dispatched a couple of his guys to come and assist and the work was done in 3 hours, space cleaned and everything tested and the alert was resolved. I highly recommend Integrity Air Care. I am a first time homeowner and just moved into my first house. This experience has been exciting and overwhelming at times, especially since this house is older (1956) and hasn't been maintained very well. Aviv showed up and was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond the scope of his duties and spent a lot of educating me on some basic maintenance recommendations, as well as pointing out an area of moisture in the utility room that was missed on inspection. As for his service, he showed me pictures of how disgusting my air ducts were, as well as the air filter, which had never been changed. I wish I had seen a picture after the service just to see the major improvement. He recommended to clean the dryer vent as well, which, I'm glad he did because that was probably in even worse shape. HVAC was running during our absence. We must of just become nose blind. The morning of service: Ron & Henry clean all of our In & Out vents for all 3 floors in our home. When we bought our home a few months ago, we knew that we wanted to get the ducts cleaned. Even though the home is about 10 years old, the previous owner had a dog and we did some flooring work which created a ton of dust. We also wanted the dryer vents cleaned as we didn't trust that it had been done so in the past. I reached out to a few places and Aviv was super responsive and his price was very competitive. I scheduled my appointment for the same day with Aviv and was given text alerts as to his arrival time. Integrity Air Care did an awesome job at my house. I was originally seeking vent cleaning due to some unidentifiable black stuff coming out of my vents. Aviv and Christina showed up within the projected time window, with masks, gloves, and booties on. And they went above and beyond to complete the job. I don't think the vents or ducts in my house had ever been cleaned and by the time they left each vent was spotless. I had called around for multiple quotes before settling on Integrity Air Care. They quoted me a reasonable price and included a free dryer vent cleaning as a promotion. They hand cleaned each register and used both a negative air machine and brush to clean the ducts. They also sprayed a cleaning chemical on a couple areas of mold they identified, cleaned and sanitized the inside of both furnaces, changed out my air filters as they were both embarrassingly dirty (I had extras), pointed out some areas of concern regarding the age and condition of my dryer vent and air ducts (which was not up-selling because it's not work they even provide), and even secured the back panel of my dryer because it was making noise! And though they spent much longer doing everything then they originally projected due to the amount of cleaning required, they didn't act like it was a bother or try to charge me more than they originally quoted. Don't fall for those companies who say $149 for whole house dryer vent cleaning and then all they do is run an air machine and upsell you to a "deep cleaning" package.
