Excellent climate control. Good selection of cigars. Employees are pleasant and helpful. I like to bring a Starbucks coffee and pick a good cigar to relax about 60-90mins. Haven't had trouble with parking but I do have handicap and maybe the times I go maybe makes it convenient too. It's the closest most convenient cigar shop in my area. read more

Great selection of all the mainstays you expect plus some hidden gems AND they even make their own brand which are hand-rolled in Nicaragua on their very own tobacco farms. Prices are low, if not extremely fair&their friendly staff gives 1-on-1 personalized service excellent for first-timers & new smokers. Heck, they even give first-time customers samples &/or free-bees of their products. I can't say enough about the place & its employees. Not to mention, a wonderfully large amount of space in the lounge & store. They also sell all cigar-related items large & small. I did not see a walk-in humidor (I could be wrong), but each purchase I've made (I've been 4 times) was excellent in quality & freshness. This is probably one of my favorite shops in all of Broward County and easily one of South Florida's most customer-friendly cigar stores. Furthermore, this place is relatively quiet customer-wise most of the time and very easy to shop in, as it's not only very BIG, but the layout of the store & all of it's offerings is one that is extremely conducive for allowing a customer to see everything that they have. Now, on one hand, it's a little sad to see that they don't subscribe to the idea of having one of those walk-in humidors that many of the best stores seem to have, especially since they clearly and unquestionably have far more then enough room for one (&in fact, they could probably put in one of the biggest in the state, if not the nation), however, that being said, let me also state that this is my closest-to-home store, and one that I've shopped & purchased products from on countless different occasions, and I can fully and absolutely vouch for the fact that the place is very well, both, temperature and humidity controlled so the "walk-in humidor" is clearly not something that they even remotely need, as I have never gotten a badly kept stick or even anything that was less than excellent (quality-wise) from this place. Additionally, they have, and this is virtually a unanimous belief, is the best house-blend(s) of any store. Quality-wise, they are at a level that one often only finds while buying directly from the company gift shop while on tour at a cigar farm in Nicaragua or the Carribean & quite frankly, when you carry/produce something of such high-quality & yet also sell it at a very discounted in-house price, it truly makes justifying the purchase of any other traditional name brand, like most people generally are looking to do much, much tougher. The reason for this (I think) & so many other lassiz-faire business moves is because the store owners are two brothers that primarily stay down in Nicaragua & who also both come from & work on a family farm of long-time & well-established cigar growers, producers and land-owners. Hence, the lacking of a "walk-in humidor (not needed), the tremendous open-space (what most businesses limit & consider "dead" space) or their amazing house blend (which I believe they might actually grow, make & roll themselves). Last, but not least, worth menetioning is their price-point. Far lower than nearly everywhere, which extends to both their cigars & cigar related merchandise. All in all, this in an excellent store to find, shop & peruse, and, in fact, the only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars, is due to only one thing, the lack of an established cigar community that comes, smokes & hangs out there at the store. Frankly, even with the addition of a walk-in humidor, the place is still so big that forget about just putting in a cigar bar, they could open up an entire pub just in the back half of the space. read more
