I immediately took it back they looked at it again, this time they told me there was a crack in the valve cover itself. Why they didn't catch that the first time I don't know. So they put new valve covers on. They charged me $700.00 labor both times, first to change the valve cover gasket then the second time to replace the valve cover. They should have replaced the cracked valve cover the first time when they replaced the gasket. I felt they should have discounted some of the labor on my second trip there. I didn't expect them to do it for free, but to charge me $700.00 both times was ridiculous. I will never go back there and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They said that they had more important things to do first. I waited until 1:15pm they said it was done. I changed my van to another day. when I got in my truck either they were vaping or smoking marijuana by or in my truck it reeked. I had to drive home with my window. When you get the alignment done the steering wheel is supposed to be straight mine is about 10 degrees off. When I went back to my van, I told him to take my van off the schedule. I explained why he said that no one would do that. I explained that I have Astma and would have to get the inside detailed. He said he would get the Lysol I told him 3 times the truck wasn't here when he came outside to spray the lysol he said the truck isn't even here, I said I told you that. He told me you bring your truck back and I will f....ing fix it. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone. the worst customer service.

Was told it would be done by 3pm the day i dropped it off only being 1.5 hr job. Did it not get done by 3 also not by 5 when they closed. Was contacted at 11 the day of repair, and told me it would be pushing 5 for it to get done. No called so i showed up at 455 and was told it wouldnt be done that day, no call or anything. Maybe a good place for a simple oil change or tire repair that takes very little knowledge, WOULD NOT recommend for suspension work or anything more difficult.
