The stylist I selected was very nice, did a great job on my haircut, however when she tried to dye my hair to a red balayage done by one of her coworkers, it didn't turn out as expected. Often times hair can do weird things and turn out as expected and as a customer, I understand that. The stylist did her best if retoning my hair to fit my request but my hair never truly kept the desired color. Overall, it was a fine experience, I just think this stylist needs more practice and refinement in specific hair coloring.

Tips have to to be given in cash, rather annoying since I am not one to ever carry around cash and don't want to be paying $3 to use an ATM machine, which is ornamental, as it does not work. I was in between salons and find it hard to get a stylist without the big ego garbage where they do what they want to your hair or they don't give a shit and rush through. Even worse is if the salon is expensive and they do that = not worth my hard earned $$ - - Not here! Ella was an incredible stylist and not only was she so kind and fun with my mom who's handicapped (I find people look down upon her and it gets frustrating) she did such a good job on my mom that my whole family was impressed! She took my mom as a walk in which never happens! Then she booked me the next day and knew her stuff about color choices with my complexion.
