This option comes with the full kid's tea service and then a smaller adult tea service paired with it. All staff were very friendly and took great care of us. They had small touches that made the experience very enjoyable- complimentary bread pudding to start, mini marshmallows for my daughter's hot cocoa, almond milk and oat milk, sugar cubes, etc. I would recommend checking out this tea place. This would be a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday, mom and daughter date, or just a meet up with a friend.

We had no clue until we tried to charge our morning coffee to the room. Max (he was so busy and made delicious coffee) said a name that was most definitely not mine. THIS was exactly what I got at The Maverick Motel, and couldn't be happier. Don't think you're coming to a Hilton or anything like it.. but great value and exceeded all expectations. The Dad at the front desk was really great and polite even at 11pm AND when we left early morning. The room was definitely.clean and comfortable, with a good soft bed and pillows, a microwave and fridge, and a decent comfortable space for a toilet and shower/tub even for a big guy like myself. The AC blew cold. The TV and cable worked great. Nothing more you can ask for. Thank you for this stay and good nights sleep!!! A couple notes: 1. There is no breakfast here... But they do have coffee. 2. There is a small convenience store in the office, and they've got a lot. 3. MIDGE FLYS - they are everywhere outside and the Dad at the front desk warns you about them. Get in and out of your door quickly to keep them out. THEY ARE HARMLESS. 4. Not sure about wheelchair access here. I didn't see a ramp from the lot to the rooms, but I could be wrong.

A day after staying, my bank account was charged an additional $50. I called the manager and questioned the charge. He told me I was charged because one of the wash cloths was dirty and wouldn't come clean. The towels have faint stains to begin with and are Dollar Tree quality. So apparently if you're in need of a shower, this is NOT the place! You can not take a shower here if you're dirty and use a wash cloth that's been washed and reused a billion times by numerous previous guest and have it not be white or you'll be charged $50!!! The rate of my room was $73! You're telling me a used wash cloth is $50? This place is discriminatory towards Caucasian people. If it's not because I'm white, then how do you justify this? Charging almost the same price as the room for a night for a used wash cloth they probably paid less than 50 cents for. The manager was borderline rude while checking in as well and kept asking multiple times if I had a pet with, which I didn't but kept being asked. I do not recommend this place. I had no complaints other than the TV not working until I saw the additional $50 charge on my bank statement a full day after the fact. Rather than make this situation right, they've decided to keep my $50 for a used washcloth. The room was $73. They are racist particularly against white people and women in general.

We stayed two nights in a partial RV site. (Water and electricity.). The park was not busy at all…read more It was June 11 & 12. Cute little resort. Had all the amenities we needed. However, I was surprised there was no central sanitary dump as I assumed and most reputable camp grounds that offer RV sites always have a dump station regardless of individual site connections. You should know that if you need to dump your RV tanks and reserve a partial hookup site, they will charge you $20 to use one of the full hookup sites sanitary dump. If those full hookup sites are full you are shit out of luck. Also know the laundry facility is $10 for the room key. Machines are no cost (if they work). So do as many loads as you can. Bathrooms are relatively clean. Expect to wait a while if the park is full as there is only one shower. Opps! Beware of charges to your credit card. There are many review comments abroad about this facility potentially scamming customers with faulty or dishonest charges without their permission. Check and double check your current and pending charges on your card (before and after) leaving the resort. Websites can be deceiving: Resort website says Crater Lake is 7 -8 miles (not correct) from resort as well as 30 minutes. It's actually approx. 22 miles. Not a big deal but that should really be reflected honestly. Note to business owner Matthew: Lots of negative or oddly worded back comments from him to those customers with less than positive reviews. Thats definately not a good look. And yes, people do read them and make decisions based on those negative reviews. The ladies at the front desk: Wow, I had to walk on egg shells. One was complaining about another customer when I entered the door. Again, not a good look. It seemed as though they both were bothered by check-ins. Love the community pizza oven and gas grill. Did not get a chance to use them. This is a great place for your dog to romp in the grass Nearest grocery store is 8-9 miles away. The Resort Store has some dry goods; canned junk and frozen things. So be sure to come prepared. Especially if you want to eat healthy nutritional.

They are pet friendly, which was a must for us and charge a nominal fee (standard). We stayed 2 nights and I actually got one of my best nights of sleep here as their beds are super comfy. The couple that runs the place and lives on site are so sweet and welcoming... everything you read in the reviews about them is true! The little flower vase, in room coffee set up (really good coffee) and quaintness of all the little touches did not go unnoticed. Our room had a pretty large mini fridge with freezer and a microwave. Nice big area for your pups to sniff around as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

At least that's what I was told, so we ended up with one room and 3 beds for an extra $100. The first night shower was messed up, and the charger didn't work because you have to flip the light switch. This time around I'm really disappointed by the fact they don't clean your rooms without you going to the front and asking. I stayed 4 nights and not one turn down. The breakfast sucks and is only cold Options. The hotel is old as dirt and has no new renovations, yes the pricing is cheap but I won't be staying here again. Beds are old, make noises when you move, the walls are dirty, the bathroom is growing mold, I honestly don't think anyone really cleans here. You can see the dust on the lamps and light fixtures. It is a convenient place due to the location. They do have a lot of parking and a pool that is heated which is weird when the weather is 80-90 degrees during the summer. There are a lot of homeless people around here and behind the rooms I did take a picture. It sucks when you can't leave windows open because you don't want to hear or see them. I did see a lot of people staying here smoking outside of the rooms or near their cars. Which is not okay. I didn't like that the lady that works here sat down instead of getting up to greet you, I did ask if I can borrow a broom to clean our room and she said no. I don't see why that's an issue all I know is it left a sour taste in my mouth. It's unfortunate that Klamath doesn't have new upgraded hotels.
