I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. I came in for a tire change and only later…read morerealized the tires were installed incorrectly -- two different brands were placed on each side of the car instead of being matched front-to-back. When I returned, the staff acknowledged the mistake, which I appreciated. However, I was then told I would need to wait in line again to have it corrected. After already waiting about 2 hours the previous day, being asked to wait again because of an error on their end was very frustrating. While the team was polite, this situation could have been handled much better. When a mistake like this happens, customers shouldn't have to lose more time to fix it. I hope the management improves how they handle service errors in the future.

It took 11 minutes from when I pulled in, and left with snow tires on and summer wrapped in the back. Great customer service, great price, quality work, can't ask for better. Price decent, quality of the equipment and location excellent…read more I used the 24hr coin wash part of the car wash, so that's what I'll be evaluating. Wanted to wash the rubber mats on my car late at night, so I went to this venue. They had 4 clips on the walls to hang your rubber mats at all but 1 bay, and they had at least 6 bays. All of the clips that were there were in perfect working condition, unlike at many other coin washes. I settled on one of the bays, and realized that you could pay either via coin or even via credit card, which I had never seen at a car wash. The initial starting rate was cheaper using coins, so that's the route I decided to take (see pics attached for details on actual pricing). The equipment was in excellent good shape, with buttons to select which setting you wanted, all of which worked quite well. There was also no ice on the floors, unlike most other coin wash venues I've recently visited I only needed to use the initial $3 I deposited in the machine to pre-rinse my mats, shampoo them, and rinse the shampoo off. They looked very clean why I was done. When it comes to cleaning my car's rubber mats any time day or night, I'd definitely return to this venue.
