We love this place and everytime we drive through, the employees are always wonderful. For years this is our stopover, except today, one lady who claimed to be the manager, has an awful attitude. We needed an extra plastic cup, and she yelled at me that I need to back in line and pay for 0.27 cents after paying $27 dollars plus tip. Since when do you ask a customer to go back in the long check out line, pay 0.27 cents for a cup, and go through the pain of waiting again after all our orders are completed? Even the wonderful cashier said " since when do we charge extra cup" shocked and embarrassed, and the answer is- never did it ever happen in my many years of stopping here, we never had that issue! We always had a good experience except today! I would say the coffee was good, but one of the girls needs to be train how to be good to customers. We ended up here because there are a row of superchargers in the area. So I decided to go grab a drink and a snack! The place is really cool once you get in. You don't expect the decor to look the way it does from the outside. There is even a little fire pit and a back room for larger crowds. I went to get a drink and the barista took mine and my daughters order. She was very sweet and was telling me that she had been working some long hours due to some staffing issues. The menu selections are a bit interesting but I tried out a cold ice drink (Peach Passion) and of course had to get coffee for the others. The lattes were great. Nice strong coffee in just the right amount of milk and foam. The service was fast as well so if you are in hurry, you will be A-OK. Note, there aren't a lot of food items so don't think you are going to have a selection. read more

The worker lied to my face. She said the restroom was broken, but I know that's not true. Just tell me I can't use it instead of treating me like I'm not a customer. I came here to charge my car, and like many supercharger locations, they were strategically placed near restrooms and other amenities. Also, there was no sign saying the restroom was out of order. The female staff was very disrespectful and not hospitable at all. She should consider finding another job. The store seems clean, spacious, and very organized. However, these are worthless if one of the staffs is rude and disrespectful. read more

This location is very large and clean. It appeared to be a newer location. Not very busy but still only one worker seen working inside as well as the drive thru. My order took a bit longer than it should have. Still my coffee was hot and to my liking. I would have preferred to have drip coffee and not an americano, my suggestion would be to have a pour over or Areopress coffee option for those that drink black coffee. Maintaining drip coffee is understandably a bit more to mange throughout the day. This location is very nice and will stop again on future trips over the mountain pass. Today 1/3 12:30 Restroom line was almost to the door. Men's restroom was out of order so women's was being used. Women's restroom had obviously not been checked if at all. It was absolutely disgusting. I told the barista she said they were going to close it. I went to Safeway. Coffee order was frustrating because barista was busy with drive thru but only saw one worker. After waiting I called out and another barista took my order. Order was fine. Tables were not cleaned recently. We had our drinks and left after about an hour. Upon leaving Women's restroom was still open and never attended. Typically this is a good coffee place just not special or really good but in this case due to one inexperienced person and the barista just not listening or giving a sh*t sinks down to a one star coffee shack ran by a surly teenager who doesn't give a damn. We stopped for gas and found this nearby. I loved the hyperspace iced coffee, and the kids got drinks that they also enjoyed. My travel companion didn't love hers but would probably try something else next time. The employees were young and maybe not loving it that day so the service was average. The interior of the restaurant was super cute and cozy, though. If I lived closer I'd try it again for sure. read more

I wish I could write a better review on this place, it has so much potential. Unfortunately, the only thing going for this Gravity is its location next to the freeway and the Tesla charging stations. Other than that, the lobby and bathrooms are consistently dirty. The tables and benches are falling apart. The bathroom has a security lock on it so complex that it has to be explained by a staff member, and even then it doesn't always work right. When you do finally get in, one can't help but notice the unsealed, bare concrete floor which not only looks terrible but also absorbs and retains all kinds of fun fluids. There is always a yellow tinge on the toilets due to lack of cleaning, the mirror and sink are always gross and if there are hand towels in the dispenser and none on the floor, you are a lucky guy. They say they are ADA compliant, yet none of the doors are automated or wheelchair friendly. I watched one gentleman on crutches struggle to open the door to get in, drop his phone, finally get in and then struggle to get back out. Felt so bad for that guy! The staff themselves are trained to make a coffee and that's about it. No small talk, no banter. They make your drink, put it on the counter and then walk away and disappear into the back. You have to be paying attention or else you wouldn't know it was ready! Even then, drink quality is inconsistent and generally more expensive than even Starbucks. It's telling that the locals, for the most part, avoid the place. It survives primarily on people passing through who don't know any better than to stop. Listen, if you need a coffee when going through Cle Elum, I recommend Lums or Pioneer or even either of the two Starbucks. Cle Elum coffee even has Tesla stations, if that's what you need. If you happen to be a Gravity fan from the west side, I assure you this location will greatly disappoint. This place could be so much better with better management and staff training. It's a shame to see that what I've experienced looks pretty consistent since this place opened. read more

Disappointing Experience I am writing this based on several experiences stopping here as we travel across the state. If it wasn't the gift card we have, we wouldn't continue going. This coffee shop has a lot of potential, with a nice decor and good coffee. However, the service and overall experience were quite poor. Poorly Managed: Not enough staff. Long wait times were frequent, and the drive-thru was often inexplicably closed while the restaurant was open, or the restaurant was closed and the drive-thru was open. This inconsistency made it difficult to plan a visit. Uncleanliness: The restaurant and bathroom were dirty, and there was garbage on the floor, creating an unappealing environment. Poorly Maintained: Front door filthy and garbage at the entrance. Tables and chairs were often out of place, giving the impression of neglect. It's a shame, as with better management and attention to detail, this could be a fantastic stop for travelers or a fun local spot. read more

A few coworkers & I stopped into the coffee shop in Cle Elum. We were all very disappointed with the coffee & the service. The front counter server was not at all friendly, felt like she was annoyed to help us. And we used the restroom while waiting for our order, they were filthy & gross. One toilet stuffed with paper the other had a dirty seat. Unfortunately they only had 2 girls working which was obviously not enough staff to handle everything, considering we stood there waiting for a bit before even being helped, not even a hello or a thank you.
