This sweet couple finally communicated some of the challenges that they have been facing, I wish that they would have done so earlier and been more proactive with communication. I also suggested to the that they allow some cushioning in their predications for shipment to allow for unanticipated life issues. Their hearts are in the right place, and I am really looking forward to receiving my vanity.
