The Inside is mainly filled with highly priced boutique clothing. Local designers predominately. Sprinkled in were shabby chic fixtures with candles, gourmet food items, jewelry and lots of adorable home decor. The woman behind the counter informed us of a seasonal sale upstairs as well. The merchandising is on point. Highly recommend for an occasion gift items or simply to sip a coffee and browse. Not many lower priced "impulse" products but seriously a place I'll return to next time I need a unique gift for a loved one.

I visited The Loft to exchange a pair of pants that had a ripped seam. I was delightfully greeted…read moreby 2 managers as I walked in, and as I showed the rip to one of them, without hesitation she grabbed the same pair of pants in the same color and size and effortlessly exchanged them. Wanting to shop around more, she kept them up front for me. Later she came by asking if I left my phone at the counter. After clarifying that it was mine, she went to the front and grabbed it to return it to me. She happily took my clothes and started a fitting room for me. As I was checking out, she happily called the Visa gift card number (even though it was more work on her part) and put a necklace I bought in a small separate plastic bag so it wouldn't catch on one of my skirts inside. This is the kind of customer service everyone should receive in a retail store! 5 stars!

My mother and I were at Kohls last night. We ended up closing the store. I understand that the…read moreworkers want to get out; but the supervisor or a whatever the girl was there was not friendly. She wasn't our cashier it was a nice gentleman whom handled our transaction well. The girl on the the other hand was to busy to really deal with us. Yes she folded clothes and put them in the bags but was to busy talking with an associate about a nail polish color and avoiding our existence as little as possible. We had two garments which one was lower than the other and we wanted to know why. SHE NEVER ONCE SAID THE UPCS WERE DIFFERENT! She gave us no specific reason why the prices were different just that it was to big of a difference for her to change it. My mom spends thousands of dollars in their store and for seven damn dollars they wouldn't lower the price. Really? I called today and the manager said they were different UPC well she never said that and it still doesn't excuse the way she treated us. Basically hurry up and get out attitude. I do not recommend shopping at this store. First, she was so engrossed in her phone that she couldn't even say hello when we arrived. Then, when we asked a question, she acted as if she were put out. The shop also had an unpleasant smell, and I couldn't quite figure out what it was. My friend asked who the manager was, and the girl, Niki, said she owned the place.
