    They clearly snipped the wires to this module.

    SCAM Dealership! Had two modules in my vehicle both go out at 31,000 miles. Both modules were covered under warranty. "No Charge" They replaced one of the modules and snipped the wires to the other module. I was told that since the wires were snipped it wasn't covered and the repair cost was $437. No wires were snipped prior to dropping the car off!! I briefly spoke with the manager regarding this issue and he stated "Oh we don't do that here"and immediately sided with the mechanic without ANY PROPER investigation and stated "Well I'm not covering this!" (although it makes absolutely no sense as to why I would do this to my vehicle considering that the vehicle is currently under warranty and the module can simply be unplugged and replaced) STAY AWAY from this dealership! If your repair is under warranty they may choose to DAMAGE your vehicle and charge YOU to repair the damage to make more money.

    You will be better off changing your own oil than going to Gray Daniels Chevrolet in Jackson, MS.

I confirmed the part's arrival and went to pick it up, only to be met with dismissiveness from the on-duty manager. Despite Klarna being an available payment option, the manager flatly claimed the store "did nothing with Klarna" and refused to help, even though all he needed to do was process the first payment to activate the order, per the Klarna rep. The Klarna rep was left baffled as to why the 'manager' didn't do this. The manager's lack of initiative was inexcusable, especially given how dire my situation was with my car running hot and my ac not working due to the non working cooling fan - in triple digit heat. Even my cell phones were continuing to shut off due to overheating from the extreme temps and this was when my windows were down while i drove. This incident highlights a troubling culture in Jackson and the surrounding areas, where employees either lack essential knowledge or are unwilling to assist customers in need. O'Reilly's, you need to do better--starting with properly training your staff and ensuring your managers actually manage.

I was talking to the manager Kendral , I was telling him that I just had paid over $900 for parts to be put on my jeep ,. It was still overheating. And Letoya walks up . And we started talking . They stated that it sounds like my fan may not be working. I asked if they could come and tell me if they hear it when I crank my jeep up .? Thanks God they said yes ., They stated that the fan was working great . So they said the only other thing it maybe is your radiator, I stated that the shop said they flushed / changed Coolant Antifreeze.Kendral felt the hose going to the top of the radiator and told Latoya to feel it . They said it doesn't supposed to be this hard & hot . Latoya laid on the ground and felt the hose under the radiator and it was cold .. This is not how it supposed to be . This hose supposed to be hot too . So the Coolant is not going through your radiator at all .Im So Happy God Lead Me Too Auto Zone On I-55 frontage rd. I don't think neither of them are mechanics but they told me exactly what was going on . And I bought my radiator and got it put on in the lot in front of Auto Zone . My Jeep is fixed. And I wasn't charged $900 . I have too give them both Credit because they diagnosed my problem . They're a part store . I'm so happy they were willing to help

    We took our F150 (2018 with 92,000 miles) in for a scheduled oil change on Friday. We told them the…read moreservice engine light came on the day before and wanted it checked out further as well. The service rep stated we could only get the oil change that day as was scheduled but could get a diagnostic the next week. The following Thursday my husband called for an update and the service rep said we needed a new cam shift and the price would be 6,800. He said the vehicle had high mileage and oil change at 8-10,000 miles wasn't adequate.We called back Friday morning ( one week after dropping off vehicle) and asked if oil had been changed because we were going to pick vehicle up. The Service Rep stated they were still working on it. I went up there to pick it up after calling a second time that morning and telling them I was on my way. The service rep stated there were several vehicles in front of mine and it was going to be a long wait. An argument began over the length of time the vehicle had been there for an oil change which was still not done. I told them to put enough oil in it so I could take it somewhere else. I also told them I was going to the general manager to report everything. Another rep in the service dept then said " And do what?" They were extremely disrespectful. It turned out the service manager was in there the entire time and said nothing the entire time. After my complaint she stated the oil should have been changed every 5,000 miles. I then paid 215.00 for a " diagnostic test " and to top off my oil. I took the truck to an oil shop and got the oil properly changed then went to another auto shop and got a diagnostic test.. Guess what? The diagnostic test came back completely normal. Mac Haik has lost my business forever. I would not take my vehicle there for anything to be serviced. I will never buy another vehicle from there because of the treatment I received in their service department. I feel they were dishonest about everything. The service manager lady did not do anything to help. She stated she would never step in on one of her employees.. She did nothing whatsoever for her customer either. She helped in Mac Haik losing our business forever.
