Not sure what shady business is going on between some AAA employees and Battery Source but this put my mother in danger of breaking down in the middle of the road without a working battery since the Battery Source location was 20 min away from her home. Please report AAA and Battery Source is you need help from AAA and they refuse you a battery and tell you to buy it from Battery Source.

('course, I watched a couple of YouTube videos and figured I could change it myself...). Do yourself a favor - let them change it. Just jump start your car and come on over. They'll handle it. Excellent service - friendly/attentive. Good warranty (84 months).

I normally carry…read morea few 2 1/2 gallon jugs with me but having very little experience when it comes to the usage rate of my RV and although it's rather low I felt I should add a few jugs to be on the safe side before starting the trip home. The going price seems to be about $15.99 a jug from retail stores such as this but I can usually find it a little cheaper at other locations and I also have the option to fill the DEF tank at a truck stop as well when I'm buying diesel but it's kind of a pain being the two tanks are located quite a distance apart on my RV. This store wasn't very busy so most of the employees were busy re-stocking the inventory in back of the store leaving the counter unattended. I made my presents known when I was finished shopping and they immediately responded even though the conversation seemed pretty interesting, there's no doubt this crew gets along well from the laughter but at the same time they were getting the job done. The store appeared extremely clean, well organized and well stocked. The parts counter had social distancing measures in place keeping a nice distance between the customers and staff. There are a number of auto parts store within a few miles of this location and this one appears to be a newer location. I made the choice to stop here even though I passed a few other brands while driving here and it turned out to be a good choice, I'd definitely return if I'm in the area in the future...
