When I finally got in contact with him, he claimed it was a problem with his website and offered to pick me up the next day. Then he didn't show up AGAIN, with no phone call. Lost two days because of Timothy.

Yelp Review for Tucson Mountain Tour (On Behalf of Susan)…read more Unfortunately, my first visit to Arizona was nearly derailed due to an extremely disappointing experience with Tucson Mountain Tour. I was quoted a round-trip rate of $210 from Tucson Airport to Pima, AZ by the owner--a price far below industry standard, which initially seemed like a blessing. However, after confirming with someone named Timothy and being told he would follow up, I never received a return call. This happened one day before my flight from Savannah, Georgia, leaving me scrambling for alternative transportation. Thankfully, I found a compassionate provider who honored the quoted rate just so I wouldn't have to cancel my trip to see an ailing cousin. What should have been a $700+ round trip was generously matched by someone who put my situation first--something I had hoped Tucson Mountain Tour would do. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and follow-through was disheartening. No one should be left hanging, especially after committing to travel plans based on what seemed to be a reliable arrangement. As an educator who works with autistic children, I value communication and integrity--qualities that were sadly lacking here. I sincerely hope Tucson Mountain Tour reflects on this experience and chooses to treat future travelers with greater respect and reliability."

This Greyhound bus station was a pleasant surprise. The building was nice and clean, and the…read morebathrooms were well-maintained, which always matters when traveling. Security keeps the doors locked, which I appreciated -- it definitely added to the feeling of safety. There's a good variety of snack machines, including one for mobile accessories, which is super convenient if you're traveling and forgot a charger or headphones. Bonus points for the cute blow-up bear for Valentine's Day -- a small touch, but it made the space feel welcoming. Overall, a solid and comfortable station experience.

Should have listened to the other reviews. I was legitimately thinking "it can't be /that/ bad of…read moreservice". Boy was I wrong. We had a 6:25 bus for a college aged family member to get back to NAU from down south. Checked the status before we left south Sierra Vista "On Time". Show up 6:00AM. 6:15... no bus. 6:20... no bus. Check the app: "On-Time". But this time we check the bus's location... "it's in El Paso?". No... that can't be right. The bus can't possibly be over 4 hours away. It says "on time" and we haven't gotten any delay notification. Call 1800 number. Get told it's on time. Call BS as it's already 10 minutes past pickup. Try again. Oh it's behind, you'll need to wait. How long? "We don't know." Then I got on the phone "Where is the bus?" "Oh my system just updated... it's 364 minutes behind schedule" my fellow yelpers: that's 6+ hours late... but multiple systems say it's "on time". They knew this bus was already 4 hours late before we left our house at 5AM. They chose not to tell us. Why? I'm guessing it's their refund policy. They won't refund unless a bus is more than 2 hours behind. If *you* reschedule or cancel before then: no refund. Even if you miss a connection. Even if you're going to sleep at a bus stop. They won't refund. And if you want a refund with the "agent" all they can do is give you a voucher. You want a real refund? You have to go online and "ask" for it and wait several days. I had to drive the family member to phoenix to catch another service. 8 hours of my day burnt. We are going to just go the small claims route. They can see us in middle of nowhere AZ justice court or we will take default judgement.
