The Asian lady at the counter grilled and badgered me on what's inside. I said it's a $10000 watch. She asked why the box was so big. There was lots of packing blocks and wooden boxes accounting for it's size. This is none of her business as I told her everything inside was safe. She was very rude and her tone was very off putting.

I asked her if she was sure because he has a ton of energy and being an Aussie Shepherd he sheds. No problem she said, so I brought him in he got his cookies met a few customers and that was that. Until today. I went there to drop off a Amazon return. There were two people ahead of me in line who were interested and talking to me about him. He was VERY excited to be in the store, and dropped some hair on the carpet from his leash, which I had not noticed. Now my turn I approach the counter and all I can say is this young 20 something girl was not happy about my dog, she was trying to be passive aggressive, but she was just AGGRESSIVE AGGRESSIVE. Gave me such an look and attitude I was stunned. She told me they wouldn't take the original box, I said I had no need for it and she told me they had no room in the back...ok no worries. I grabbed the box and then she asked my to pick up the hair from the floor, wait what? Then she told me she guessed that she could vacuum it up. I let her know at that point I would pick it up, but that there were plenty of other UPS stores. As I bent down and picked up the hair, another customer looked at me a bit stunned I let that customer know my previous experience. The the girl told me to get out of there store. I said gladly and I would never be back There were a million other ways to communicate than the route she took. Passive aggressivness in a service environment is BS.

He works out of the town I live in (Cotati) and so has been perfectly prompt all three times. They only take cash or check, which thus means cash, but Michael was courteous enough to drive over to the big Chevron next to me on East Cotati and wait while I walked in to use the ATM there. When I actually needed service, the tow was refused because the vehicle was considered commercial/oversized. This is a serious issue because I relied on the information given in person. If AAA cannot tow certain vehicles, staff should clearly explain the limitations instead of giving incorrect assurances.
