    My fitness program that is on my phone but to small for this old lady to look at daily.

    The staff there has such an array of skills between them. Every question and need I had for printing and spiral binding a document was handled with good questions to save me money and make it work for me. I'm thrilled with the results.

    A long line to wait in just to hand an employee a package. A mailbox could offer efficiency lessons.

    They closed before 6 pm (their posted hours) on Monday 3/9, very frustrating. Other times my experiences have been fine.

    I paid $25 for a passport photo which is already insane, and it was so bad I ended up taking the…read morephoto myself at home and printing it. The lighting is directly overhead (it's supposed to be from the front according to the passport site, and I was practically unrecognizable. Don't waste your money here and definitely go somewhere else or look up how to do it yourself like I did. You would think for $25 they might actually let you see the photo and if it was any good, but no. It's basically the DMV with even worse lighting.

McDowell in Petaluma. Had to return two Amazon purchases. One was in a box, the other in a paper envelope. Unbeknownst to me, the flap had come undone on the envelope. All it needed was a piece of scotch tape to reseal the envelope. However, the man waiting on me, said I would need to PURCHASE a packet of tape. Apparently, he couldn't be bothered to just pull off a piece of tape from behind the counter and slap it on the envelope. So - I refused to purchase a pack of tape and literally left with my package in hand. The obvious, most reasonable thing this guy should have done, was simply reattach the flap with a piece of tape. But like a weird drill sergeant he simply refused, and by doing so forfeited the fee they would have received by simply processing this package. I've mailed a lot of packages at that particular UPS location, but never again. If you can't be bothered to do something so simple to assist a consistent customer- I will take my business elsewhere. We all know there are endless opportunities to mail packages. It was so weird- I will encourage anyone I know to take their business elsewhere, too.

This was about $27, which I gladly paid. The gal at the counter was super nice and we started chit chatting I pointed out my puppy sitting in my car, and she emphatically said bring him in, they loved dogs and had cookies. I asked her if she was sure because he has a ton of energy and being an Aussie Shepherd he sheds. No problem she said, so I brought him in he got his cookies met a few customers and that was that. Until today. I went there to drop off a Amazon return. There were two people ahead of me in line who were interested and talking to me about him. He was VERY excited to be in the store, and dropped some hair on the carpet from his leash, which I had not noticed. Now my turn I approach the counter and all I can say is this young 20 something girl was not happy about my dog, she was trying to be passive aggressive, but she was just AGGRESSIVE AGGRESSIVE. Gave me such an look and attitude I was stunned. She told me they wouldn't take the original box, I said I had no need for it and she told me they had no room in the back...ok no worries. I grabbed the box and then she asked my to pick up the hair from the floor, wait what? Then she told me she guessed that she could vacuum it up. I let her know at that point I would pick it up, but that there were plenty of other UPS stores. As I bent down and picked up the hair, another customer looked at me a bit stunned I let that customer know my previous experience. The the girl told me to get out of there store. On the date of the incident, I visited this business to send a standard document envelope from Napa, California to Santa Monica, California. I explicitly requested the most economical ground shipping option with tracking. Instead, I was informed of the following: That USPS tracking was not available for my shipment; That I was required to use FedEx tracking instead; That the cost to ship a standard envelope would be $47. This pricing and explanation appeared inconsistent with standard USPS ground shipping services. Based on my prior experience using independent mail centers in Benicia and Glen Cove, similar shipments typically cost approximately $5-$13 and include tracking as part of the service. After leaving the business, I independently verified the issue: A USPS representative confirmed that the quoted price was not consistent with USPS Ground Advantage pricing; Independent mail centers in Benicia and Glen Cove confirmed that USPS tracking is normally included and that the $47 charge was significantly above standard rates; I later completed the same shipment at a different mail center in Glen Cove for approximately $13 using USPS Ground service with tracking included. This suggests the possibility that I was either misinformed about available shipping options or directed toward a significantly more expensive service than what I requested. The behavior I experienced may potentially fall under deceptive shipping or misrepresentation practices involving mail services, including situations where customers are: Told USPS services are unavailable when they are actually standard options; Directed toward higher-cost carriers without clear justification; Given inconsistent or misleading information about tracking requirements.
