First experience with this dental office. Had called for an emergent appointment for a toothache that had developed over the weekend. They were able to see me first thing on Monday AM. Efficient front desk process, minimal wait to be seen. Was given a tour of the facilities by the dental assistant. The Dentist was friendly and professional, explained my options and engaged me in the decision-making process. Costs were presented "upfront". Excellent anesthesia and no discomfort with what ended up being an extraction of the bothersome tooth. Well pleased and will return for any other dental care needs. read more

I am very pleased with the office, the cleanliness, the professionalism, friendliness & the effort to make a patient feel comfortable and calm. I have had cleanings and cavities filled, not one second of discomfort. One was a fill in on a small broken off piece of a front tooth and you can't even tell what is mine and what is the repair, a perfect match !! The other was a small cavity at the base of a crown and so glad they caught it on inspection as it didn't show in the xray !! This was my third visit to this office and have been extremely pleased with the visits! It, by far, has been the BEST dentistry office I have been to. The entire staff have been and are very customer oriented and informational. They make me feel comfortable in what could be an uncomfortable situation. Very impressed with location and the up to date technology they provide. From the moment we walked in the door and was greeted by the secretary, to the contact with the hygienists and dentist, I felt comfortable allowing the staff to work on my children's teeth. I thoroughly enjoyed how the hygenist greeted us and gave us a tour of the office before we even went into the exam rooms. Dr. Turner has done several extensive procedures over the last couple of years and I have been more than satisfied with the quality of the work. One of the procedures was a 3 tooth bridge of front teeth. It was so well matched that you can't tell that it is a bridge and not my original teeth. They are always at the latest forefront of dental technology and Dr. Turners attention to detail is evident in his work.
