Today, as a self pay patient, the doctor and his staff once again treated me with the utmost respect, were willing to consider my financial situation (instead of pushing me into something), and worked with me to get a treatment plan that suited me, my finances, and the future of my teeth. I've had extractions, cleanings, and root canals at Dr Moore's office, and everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable, I just won't go anywhere else. I haven't needed it, but they do provide sedation dentistry for folks who have a dental fear. I would recommend them to anyone. His office is on Roan right next to Boones Creek Pharmacy (another great local business), he's a Tennessee native, and a veteran. Make an appointment.

This practice has taken all of the necessary steps to protect their patients against COVID-19. For example, we waited in the car until it was time for my parents' appointment. Staff came wearing masks to the car and escorted my parents inside and returned my parents at the end of the appointment. Also, staff took the time to explain the results of their exam to me and invited me to use their restroom or bring coffee back to our car while I waited. This was a very nice touch. My parents and Johnson City are very fortunate to have Dr. Moore's practice.

Although the new crown does not fit well and now my mouth is misaligned, the incompetence demonstrated throughout the practice, both in the chair and front desk, leads me to not return, let alone recommend this practice.
