Deserving of all the stars they can get! Had a very bad experience with Aspen Dental, which was not deserving of the one mandatory star it took to write my review. Thumbs up for this place! I saw Joshua O'Dell, and I am glad I did! I was in a lot of pain Tuesday and had to see a dentist asap! They were able to schedule me the next day..which is today! Not only was the staff extra nice, but you could tell they cared! I had my tooth extracted due to an abscess.. Joshua and his assistant made sure I didn't suffer from any pain! I didn't feel embarrassed nor ashamed to ask any questions like I did at Aspen! Most importantly, they never judged me for being there, instead they listened to me! I highly recommend this place! Great Job & Awesome Staff..from the receptionist, assistant & dentist..everyone made my visit very comfortable! No regrets here! read more

I had a strange nerve breaking thru my tooth, and went monday to have it checked, Dr. O'Dell looked at it with an Xray too, and said I have to have a root canal, never had one, all the staff were great at calming my fears. there was a cancellation so i was able to come back in in 2 days. Dr. O'Dell was great ( GET THE NITROUS OXIDE ) I hardly felt the needle or the drilling. We thought i could just get away with the root canal, but Sadly my tooth had to be taken out cause of the nerve, but it was great how quick they took an X-ray during the visit to determine the best route. So helpful. I recommend Dr. O'Dell and the staff was great. Did I say, GET the Nitrous Oxide !! wonderful. read more

I broke a tooth and haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years. My husband had been to this office and told me how well it went so I thought I would give them a try. My first visit for my broke tooth they told me I would need a root canal. I was scared about the thought of the procedure, but agreed to let them fix my tooth. So the next visit I was very nervous, I think more for the fact they have to give you shots in your mouth to numb you, but I made it through it all and just recently went back to get the crown put on. Everyone that I met at the office has been really nice and I'm glad I chose that office. Dr O'Dell is really good at his job and I would recommend giving him a try. read more

I've been putting off going to the dentist for several years after a bad experience at the last office I went to. Unfortunately, circumstances forced me to go have a very difficult extraction performed this afternoon and I went to see Dr. O'Dell after a referral from a friend. Despite the fact they had worked me in, I barely had to wait to be seen and the doctor was in the room very quickly once I was taken back. The staff was great from check-in, check-out and especially my hygienist. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. I have already made an appointment for myself a cleaning as well as for both of my children. read more

Awesome staff and nice facility. It's so easy to schedule an appointment...and to remember it, as you'll get text messages and email reminders, as well as a phone call a few days prior. Once you arrive and check in, the wait is minimal (less than 10 min). It's nice to be remembered by the staff (I've been there only 4 times total) and to chat while getting your teeth cleaned. I just sent my teenagers for their appointments...even they are happy (and if you have teenagers, you know how hard it is to please them). read more

I am so happy with this dental office. The staff is very pleasant and Dr O'Dell is a wonderful dentist! I had had many horrible dental experiences in the past and was quite hesitant to walk into any dental office except for an emergency. Well expericing a broken tooth, I needed a dentist, and a friend recommended this office. Love this dental practice! The folks are quick, super happy and always smiling. They are very reasonable and upfront about proposed work! My initial visit was because I chipped a crown and my old dentist couldn't get to me for too long of a time period. O'dell was able to work me in quickly and was super nice! Dr. Johnson and his staff are so helpful and professional and pleasant that even a visit to the Dentist is something to look forward to. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson. You will need to plan ahead for routine care appointments but the wait is worth it. I am not from San Francisco. That is incorrect. I am from Jonesborough, Tn. And I do not recommend Dr. Johnson for a root canal under any circumstances. read more

Polite, professional, and well organized in a well staffed and well equipped dental office. Dr. and assistant were both polite, considerate to my comfort and the best thing, on time. I was called in to the chair exactly on time to my appointment. For the really painful part, payment, the office staff were experienced in processing insurance. i saw dr johnson on a monday with extreme wisdom tooth pain and he scheduled me as quickly as wednesday for the two extractions. it was my first oral surgery and it was comfortable and painless, and the advice of both the doctor and assistant regarding aftercare was helpful in speeding up the healing process. i'm SO happy i went to his practice when my insurance told me he was a covered provider. read more

Dr.Johnson and his team are amazing. Vicki Sizemore has always done an amazing job at keeping our teeth cleaned and in check, she is the best! But an emergency broken tooth with an exposed nerve brought me to them and they worked me into the schedule and fixed me up so quickly.
