When he finally arrived, I felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than addressed with care. During my second visit, I asked a question about my health, and he responded bluntly, "I have other patients." I found that response dismissive and unprofessional. No patient should feel rushed through an appointment after waiting such a long time. I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that the focus was on moving through appointments as quickly as possible rather than providing quality patient care. I was also surprised when he told me he was not familiar with MyFembree, as I expected an OB-GYN to be knowledgeable about medications commonly used to treat gynecologic conditions. My first interaction was with Shant Tomassian and it went well, he ordered the bloodwork i was interested in running for the wellness concerns that I had. Never received a follow up call or contact on my blood results to guide me through what the results meant. I called the office and asked what the next steps were, they told me if I didn't hear anything then there's nothing to be done. But that doesn't explain the concerns that I'm having with my health and wellness. They scheduled me an appointment with Bianca, who is supposed to be specializing in women's health, but a day before the appointment they called me to reschedule and push it back a week. Her appointment times are terrible. She's only there on certain days of the week, there's no early morning or after work appointments. I specifically told them from the original booking that I would have to use my lunch break for the appointment and would have less than an hour to be there. The Office assured me that I will be seen when I arrive. When they called to reschedule my appointment, I reiterated all of that. I arrived for my 1130 appointment right at 11:30. At 12:05 I still hadn't been called back and checked with the front desk how much longer it would be. From what I could overhear it sounded like there were 3 to 4 more appointments in front of me. Which meant I would've been there well over an hour before I would've been seen. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told him to refund my copayment. Thankfully, they did. My initial experience did not outweigh the rest. Don't overbook if you can't see your patience in a timely manner. The least you could do is let them know what they expected weight is when they arrive for their appointment. I've now lost my entire lunch break, was late to getting back to work and have to find a new doctor all in one. If they don't care about your time, they don't care about you.

I had a note of about 12 questions to ask the doctor. I waited 30 min for the PA, Jennifer, who was actually nice and attentive. But she was unsure of my problem. So, I had to wait for the doctor. Dr. Metyas.... I waited almost 40 minutes for him. He grabbed my foot and said mortons neuroma or shot. I tried to ask my questions but again he said the same thing. Then walked out. I mean, this was really bad doctor care. I have since seen a foot specialist who says its not mortons neuroma but an injured nerve father down and orthotics will help, and I definitely do not need surgery. I have seen a lot of doctors over the past two years and this was by far the worst experience and time waste. Jennifer was great tho, but Dr Metyas was really bad imo. Most doctors should show care and allow a patient to ask their questions. This one didn't. 0/5. For this place. Sorry for the bad review.

This is a good place to come if you need a great cardiologist, and I believe he is also an internist.
