The parking is located in the back and the entrance is easily accessible. While I walked in the lobby, the reception greeted and handed me some paperwork to fill out. I was then ushered into an examination room, sat on a chair and took off my shoes. The doctor came in and was very cordial, communicative and most importantly patient. He answered all my questions and assisted me with my concerns. Great experience overall.

Had she understood what her computer read, she would see I have met my individual deductible. She wanted me to pay what left of the family deductible. As soon as I got in the car I called Blue Cross who told me that I was right. They put me on hold and called her and explained to her how it worked and that she should not have asked up front and taught her what she should have done.
