It was in the 90's and the bus was not drivable. It was 3:45 pm on a Friday afternoon when I contacted Chandler...we thought the water pump/belt had failed. Chandler drove to where the bus was in Only, TN, assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, drove back into Nashville for parts and returned to work on the bus late into the evening in a parking lot. I received at call at 9:30pm that he had repaired the bus. Chandler was an excellent communicator, completed the repair so quickly and for a very fair price. They told the price for the high towing charge was because it had to be winched & cleanup on hwy. It was way over priced!! I had no choice of towing company because I was taken to hospital in ambulance. I believe they have a contract with Dickson County & city of Dickson. Another towing service told me they would have charged $350 to $375. Hope I never have to use them ever again, especially when I have the choice of towing company.
