If I could rate a negative star I would. I don't ask for much. Be honest, talk with me. Just don't bend me over, rip me off and then not say thank you. But, when I tell you,"don't go "code chasing" and don't charge me multiple repair bills and leave me wondering what happened! This is exactly what happened. Took my 2007 Mercedes in for a "check engine" light. 1st code cost me $900. Engine light came on again before I got it home. Didn't you test drive it? Yes, but they're not staffed well enough to drive it long enough to get the computer to reset. WTH? 2nd code, wait for it, $7,000.00! Now, how am I going to remain calm? Think about that. The rationale, the excuses, the backtracking was palpable. I have never seen people run for cover so fast. And yet, no offer of anything. We're sorry we didn't do what you asked. We're sorry for a wasted $900. Nothing. Just avoid EuroFix at all costs. They're very skilled at making you feel like their incompetence is your fault. Don't subject yourself to their game. With the little of information I know about cars, I can not promise you they are lying but I feel like they are dishonest. Their customer service reps are very nice and helpful and I loved that they offered free use of a rental car while my car was in service. However, every time I brought my car in for something routine, they would find one or two costly repairs that my car needed as well. While I understand parts on cars wear down and break, I just felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will not take my car back because I don't find their mechanics to be trust worthy. read more

I have a 1998 Mercedes E320 that I have been restoring. EuroFix has replaced almost every critical component of the car including the engine. on my most recent visit I was experiencing transmission leaks problem was off and on for years actually. since I took car to EuroFix no leakage whatsoever! this review is long overdue. they really take care of their customers. read more

Publish your experience to social media. Warn your friends, if you had a bad experience. That is one way to keep greedy business owners accountable. This place loves to tell half truths.....get ready to spend $210 dollars no matter what the cause. NO matter what your problem is, they will still need to run a "diagnostic test" to "know forsure." Hell, your wipers could not be working right and they will still have to just run that diagnostic to find out. Against my better judgment I knew I shouldn't have gone back here but I did in a pinch....you have to love their faith based commercials that lead you to believe that you will get the best deal in town! Yet you will walk out I promise you, with your problem only half fixed, and it will cost you, "X" amount if you want the problem to be fully resolved. As I sit here in my car experiencing the same engine malfunctions that I went to rectify and paid $600 dollars to do so, I think back to the gentlemen at the counter as I returned after going around the block and he told me, "oh ya you will still experience those problems...you actually need to get this fixed to have that issue resolved and fyi...the little thing we fixed will start to effect everything else so you will probably experience a breakdown soon.".....Ummmmm wtf did I just pay you for then? Never in our interactions was I told, "hey we can do this but it won't fix your problem...what do ya say?!!!" Cause If that was the case ok...thanks but no thanks. I was instead told...,"hey this is what's causing that to happen we will replace those for you." Ok, cool...let's do that..... (After repair is done) "Hey? My engine is still doing the same thing?" ..... "oh ya you still need to do this if you want that problem fixed we just replaced these here." Does this make sense to you readers? Like, why would I take my car to get fixed for an issue, and they decide to fix a completely separate part of the equation that doesn't lead to me driving away happy with a experience, or the reason I came in the first place resolved? If they knew what they were going to fix wasn't going to fix what I came in to resolve why lead me to believe their repair would do so? And then tell me that it will be almost an additional 850 to literally replace spark plugs? I'm sorry does anyone pay 850 dollars for spark plugs? I will end with this....their commercials are a joke. If you go there make sure your bank account supports the ideology that they will impose upon you and that is this....we have a nice waiting area, so come here if you're stupid cause you can sit in comfort while we bend you over. read more

The service here is awesome! I have taken my VW Passat TDI here twice to have it diagnosed. The first being the clock spring which ended up being a recall and was repaired and paid for by VW. The second ended up being a leaky DEF hose, also ending up being covered under my warranty and ended up taking to VW dealer for repairs. James is always kind! He had sent me home with a loaner that Friday and I ended up having to keep it over the weekend before returning it the following Monday. He didn't charge me a dime! That's quality care right there! read more

My car is in the stage of life where it wants to act up, I guess it is a teenager now... but they have helped walk me through the necessary maintenance and helped keep it in budget. I have had nothing but stellar experiences at EuroFix Belle Meade. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and helpful. As a women I have often experienced condescension when walking into a repair shop. Not so here. If I have a question they are happy to educate and inform me without talking down to you. They also keep you consistently updated with what is happening with your car so you know what to expect and always have an updated timeline of when your car will be ready. In my opinion, this shop is either grossly negligent or dishonest. I brought in my 1990 Jaguar for an inspection. I wanted to know if there was anything wrong with the car. AFTER performing an inspection that I paid around $150 dollars they told me that they did not have the proper computer to inspect the transmission. They said it would cost me 450 dolors to take apart the engine. I went to a second shop that had an older computer they inspected the transmission for free. In my opinion, EuroFix's practices were negligent because they (1) should have told me BEFORE agreeing to inspect the car that they did not have the proper equipment to inspect the car and (2) they should have sent me to a shop that had the correct computer. They implied that this would be hard if not impossible to find, but I found one quickly on google. What makes matters even worse is that the store is plastered with articles about how they are a Christ centered company. This made me at first view them as honest. However, I think that there behavior to me was not like Christ. They seem to use Jesus's name to put consumers at ease when in reality they are sharks. read more

After my first visit I was excited to have a new place to go for work on my wife's 2005 VW Jetta. They were quick, attentive, and very helpful. After my second, and third visit, the honeymoon was over and I was done with Eurofix. First I schedule an appointment online, but nobody ever got back with me. So I arrived anyway at the scheduled time assuming that this just meant there was no problem with that time. After waiting several minutes at the unattended front desk, someone finally appeared. I told him I and an appointment. He didn't find an appointment. I indicated I had scheduled it online. "Oh, sorry, sometimes I forget to check that". They were not able to accommodate me that day because they were short staffed (Someone called in sick, someone was having surgery). So I scheduled another visit for Wednesday of the following week. I arrived promptly and dropped off the car, which is having obvious transmission issues (Not shifting into 4th) only to find a ghost town at the front desk. Time passes and finally someone comes in "Isn't Jerry (Not his actual name) in here? I thought he was in the office". Nope, just us customers... I got a call at noon indicating that "The transmission is fine. Our guy used to work for VW and he knows transmissions". I suggested that they take it on on the interstate where the problem should be obvious to anyone (High RPMs at 60 MPH isn't "Fine"). They again called back and indicated that there was "no problem" and that I could perhaps schedule a time to "Ride along with the technican". If this problem isn't obvious to the guy who used to work for VW, then the guy who used to work for VW is a quack. So when I finally return to pick up the car another ghost town front desk. I guess "Jerry" had disappeared again. I really wanted to love this place, and if my experience the very first time was my experience all the other times, this would be my go to place. But instead it's back to import auto. The one "Pro" in all this experience is that they didn't charge me for this charade, so I can only ding them for not knowing what they are talking about and being a colossal failure at customer service. read more

EuroFix in Belle Meade is very professionally run and totally customer service oriented. They took extra time with the diagnostics of my BMW and were very thorough in their explanation of what should be done and how they were going to do it. I worked with Daniel on the estimate and Brett on the explanation of the work to be done and why. I cannot explain how great it was to be able to speak with two gentlemen who showed the true interest in having my car repaired first and foremost and not look at me with $ signs in their eyes. I had recommendations from other places to replace my transmission and after thorough diagnostic and road tests Brett determined that a part to the transmission should be replaced.
