He loves to cook, and it shows in the quality of his food. When we did a tasting with him, he gave us some ideas, coached us on what food would be best for our venue, and accommodated our special requests. When we left, the Mrs. and I both mentioned we were glad he would be at our wedding, even it was as a guest. Great guy. On the day of the wedding, Scott handled the food perfectly, we didn't stress about a single thing. Everyone loved the menu, the appetizers were delicious, and the signature mashed potatoes are divine.
