From initial meeting to follow-up menu discussion to logistical check-ins to the event itself, Kristen Ward and Ivory Table set the standard for professionalism, collaboration and day-of-event quality and high-class presentation! Our heavy hors d'oeuvres (Summer Garden Flatbread Bar) outdoor wedding reception for 230 guests was an outstanding success! Fantastic food can be effectively destroyed by poor presentation and service, and great service and presentation cannot mask average food. From the moment we met Kristen we felt strongly that Ivory Table would deliver on all accounts, and deliver they did! The artisan and flat breads, marinated chicken and flank steak, variety of spreads (the feta scallion spread, omigosh!), cranberry quinoa salad, garden vegetables and dips, cascading fruit tower... it all was beautifully presented and absolutely fantastic to the taste. And as for budget and logistics... fear not, Kristen's creativity and eye for detail allowed it all to be developed and managed to meet a desired budget range, and the Ivory Table professionalism and attention to detail made it a worry-free, don't-have-to-think-about-whether-any-detail-is-forgotten day for the entire wedding party. Kristen Ward and Ivory Table... simply EXCELLENT! read more

This is a lovely, peaceful cafe. If you are particular about ambiance I recommend you check out Ivory Table. I even overheard some French in a nearby quiet conversation and it totally made my day. They serve sweet and savory large buckwheat crepes that keep bringing me in. I've had fruit crepes here before and this time I tried a savory crepe (it had arugula, tomatoes, and herb goat cheese). They also offer salads, cookies, and sandwiches. The only problem I've encountered is that their hours are a bit untraditional so it is important to check to ensure you aren't missing them. (I've forgotten about this and tried to visit when they have been closed). I've come up with a simple limerick to help myself remember when they are open. Here it goes... If Ivory Table I Want To Munch Think Monday to Friday Employee Lunch Eleven to Three Berries and Brie Fancy French Crepe Midweek Brunch (They are open M-F 11-3pm) Never fear, mommy bloggers, they serve great coffee (Strong, fresh Roast House with a chilled pitcher of cream) and have highchairs available. I've also heard rumors that they do "Build Your Own Feast" catering and fancy exclusive dinners, so I'm keeping them on my radar for those. read more

Sometimes you just need to eat a chocolate crepe the size of your face. The Ivory Table makes them with buckwheat so they have more of a nutty flavor which works really well! The owner went to culinary school in Seattle and cooked in France, so she knows her crepes. The Ivory Table is celebrating their two year anniversary this June. They offer boutique weddings as well as corporate and private event catering. Their storefront cafe is open Monday-Friday from 11-3 where you can get their buckwheat crepes, hot and cold sandwiches, soup, rotating salads, cookies, etc. They have plans to open for brunch in the future. read more

No complaints, which is rare for me. I had the bijou crepe and my companion had the smoked salmon and they were great. This place is really classy, a nice place for lunch. The look, vibe and ambiance were inviting, but upscale. The options were awesome, signature crepes both sweet and savory, sandwiches and salads and some good looking sides though we didn't try them. I'll be back for sure to try the sandwiches and sweet crepes. Small little improvements: -the chairs look awesome, but are a little uncomfortable -love the free water station, but can I guy get some ice? -for no logical or sensical reason it bugs me when you don't get some kind of side with your dish. -they underestimated the power of the Mac and Cheese special and were out by the time we came in for our late lunch. read more

Kristen was amazing to work with and fun, too! She has a wide selection to chose from and everything she does is delicious! The gluten free vegetable lasagne was to die for as was the butternut squash lasagne!! The staff was excellent and the reception rolled smoothly! Thank you Kristen and company. We received so many compliments on the occasion. read more

This modern but rustic cafe really hits the nail on the head. The color of soft white gently adorns coffee mugs, plates and tasteful decorations. My husband had the Turkey, Avocado & Sprout Sandwich served with a side of coleslaw. The bread was perfectly toasted with the perfect smear of herbed cream cheese and the sprouts tasted so fresh. The coleslaw was the best I've ever tasted with a hint of mustard seed and a sweet and sour vinaigrette. So simple, yet so delicious. I had the Smoked Salmon Buckwheat Crepe. This crepe was probably one of the top three crepes I've ever had, definitely the best crepe in the Spokane area by far. REAL smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, red onion, parmesan and a little tomato. We will be returning for sure! read more

We just had Ivory Table cater an office lunch version of what would have been an evening Christmas Party dinner with spouses and significant others (which they catered last year). Although our socially distanced, mask wearing party where no one sat together was not what anyone wanted, what everyone wanted was the food from Ivory Table. We had two different Crostini's, the Wedge Salad, Creamed Corn, Asparagus, Fingerling Potatoes, Salmon with lemon caper aioli and Prime Rib with some of the best creamy horseradish sauce I have ever had. They arrived on time, were very professional, wore masks and gloves (surprise), managed to present the food well for the one person every 6 feet buffet line and kept the hot food hot and the cold food cold. The service and food was truly excellent. read more

Love the seasonal settings as it goes along with the friendly servers (staff). It's a wonderful environment and it's clean decor.

I had an excellent meatloaf sandwich served with a delicious slaw. Everything was expertly prepared, fresh, and tasted homemade. The service was pleasant and the dining space light and airy. I'll definitely be back. read more

We came in here with high hopes and we were not disappointed. Everything was so fresh and tasty. We had the creamy chicken and wild rice soup (AMAZING), Reuben was very good, house made thousand island sauce was great. My husband also ordered the salmon crepe which was very good. Oh and the chocolate mousse, yes that was wow! read more

Very good food, and service, everything is made from scratch and you can taste it. The beet salad is very delicious, and the crepe bijou was very good. I highly recommend this place. read more

We enjoyed the Valentine dinner. The food was great, but the wine offered was so over priced and low end that it took away from the meal. For example: we were charged $13 for a glass of chardonnay during the dinner, then it was offered for sale to go at $17 per bottle. The total for the dinner and poor wine made it way too expensive. Ambiance and service was good. Improved wine selection will put it over the top read more

Wonderful cafe with very fresh and seasonal foods. Perfect lunch spot or place to hang out and get some work done / catch up with a friend. Very friendly staff - and great food! read more

Great service, excellent food choices impeccably prepared in a clean and aesthetically pleasing modern take on a French bistro venue. Must try the crêpes and beet salad. Spinach salad with strawberries and slivered almonds served with poppyseed dressing, great for a quick lunch. Don't forget to get a peanut butter cookie to go along with a cup of their excellent coffee. read more

Delicious crepes, coffee, and biscuits. The decor is modern industrial with a nod to France. This is just what the International district needed. This place ought to have a line out the door, because the food, service and vibe are so good! I expect it will soon, being that it is leading the way for this up and coming neighborhood. read more

I got the bijou crepe which lacked flavor, although the crepe was nicely done. The cranberry sandwich was very bland, and I expected much more for $10. on top of that they were out of mac and cheese by 12 noon, which is the only thing offered that children will eat. the atmosphere was very stiff, and not kid friendly at all. Needless to say that we will not be returning. read more

I'm so in love with his place, great design, buckwheat crepes to die for, and I feel good after eating them, but the people are the best part! Wow! read more

This review is long overdue! Kristen catered our wedding for us and it was simply awesome. Food is extremely important to me, as I cook a lot and have pretty high expectations. When we were planning the wedding, we really wanted it to be centered around the food - Kristen TOTALLY got what we were looking for, and that we wanted to create a really delicious experience for all of our guests. The food at our wedding really exceeded all expectations. Guests raved about it night of, days after, and have brought it up in the months since. Things like "best food I have ever had at a wedding" and "amazingly delicious, not just for wedding food, but for a dinner, period." We personally wanted something that felt really farm to table with mediterranean influences and she really really delivered. The presentation was also gorgeous - we had an outdoor summer wedding and served family style (so lots of platters) and everything could not have been more beautiful. Wish we could get married again so we could do a dinner like this all over again :) Thank you Kristen!!! read more

I stopped here on a 94 degree day and happily found an oasis of cool -- good fresh food, buckwheat crepes (the cold crisp house made slaw was a real treat on a hot afternoon) and friendly service in what has to be the most beautiful restaurant space in the city. Kudos to the person with the vision for designing this little jewel. I will be a regular. Why four stars instead of five? It's only open for lunch during the week. I want more! There are galleries and other stores of interest close by but most places were closed up tight it being Monday so the next time I go there, I will go on another day. read more

Monthly dinner party was divine! Compliments on the food and wine paring as well as the service.

Delicious crepes and salads! My only wish is that they were open weekends and evenings. So far just lunch M-F.

Kristen is phenomenal and she runs SUCH a first-class joint. The Ivory Table is a must-have for downtown Spokane. Take your executive to lunch! Looks like downtown Seattle, tastes like France, feels like home. It'll be my summer landing spot. Kristen's Mediterranean-style dishes are just the beginning - try the Nutella Crepe or the exotic Salmon crepe! Gluten-free peeps - Salad Trio is bomb. I'll be back. read more

how can a restaurant be closed all weekend... you are losing so much business most people cant go out because of work/kids till the weekend... now i most likely will not be able to eat here... so stupid read more
