This place is the worst. Don't go here…read more We took our mower there in May. They didn't give us a timeline for when it's be fixed or even an estimate. We checked in after a month of waiting, feeling like that would be ample time to fix it or at minimum know what needed to be done. They said they hadn't looked at it get and they'd get to it that week. Fast forward, they had our mower for over 2 months with 0 communication except for our phone calls wondering wtf was going on. Eventually I just went in and they said their mechanic that could work on electric mowers quit 2 months earlier and that it probably wasn't worth fixing. Why on earth they didn't tell me that in May, I have no idea, but all I have is a broken mower and a handful of neighbors complaining that I didn't mow my lawn to show for it. They're getting bought out and they said they've left several messages with the new owner to contact us. We never received a single phone call from them or the new owner for the entire time they had our mower.

They have been my small engine go-to folks. I always got great service with decent turnaround at a fair price. What more could I ask? But this year, I took my two mowers in. I couldn't get either started and the newer one was leaking gas through the air filter. It's been about 3 weeks since I took them in. I called about a week ago to check on an ETA, and didn't get a very clear answer. I just called again and they're closed (at 5pm). I'm not certain what they needed to do or how involved it was--where there they had to order parts, or what. But what is clear is that the company is suffering from poor communication, lack of responsiveness, each which bodes poorly. I don't know if ownership changed when the relocated from Beaver @ Douglas to the Merle Hay location, but something has been lost in the transition. One I get (or fail to get) my machines back, I'll update the review with the missing details.

I had purchased a new Ariens zero turn mower on Friday and when I got home with it I removed the…read morezip tie holding the grass chute up. I started the mower after filling it with gas and within 20 feet the chute tucked under the deck and tore off. My only thought was to get it replaced so I called and spoke with the employee Leah and explained what happened and she said the owner Jason would call me the next day. The next day I hadn't received a call so I called and spoke with Jason and explained the situation and that even though not sure why it happened I asked if he had the part and he said he did and would call me back after he found it. He even said he'd probably just replace it as I just spent $4k on the mower and I said that would be great and even if didn't I would buy it. He said he'd call me back before the end of the day. No call came. So on Monday I called again and was told he was sorry and as soon as he got back he would call me back And should be within an hour. About 30 minutes before closing time I called back and was told he has been in and out but promised once again he would contact me on Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and I called back around 2 pm and was told he was sick yesterday by his employee . I stated I was very unhappy and all I wanted to do was get part replacement. To which o had to find another dealer that could order it for me and this was not good customer service on their parts as had many opportunities to let me know Or even order the part. I told them I wasn't happy with that and being led to believe that they were going to help but once they sold the mower to me it was like why should they care. I stated okay but if that's true then to call me by Thursday or I would leave a review of events. They just said okay and that didn't matter as they get to look at submitted reviews on their site. So they literally can choose to not post negative reviews or comments. As I told them I would post on other sites as well they truly didn't care. Just be advised that they do not care about you after you buy a product from them and that is very unsettling. They have not attempted once to call me back and the only time they did call is when they wanted info to make the sale. I will refuse to buy or support this store in any way in the future and I'd highly suggest going somewhere else if possible. I only expected them to honor their word and never expected the part for free. If you can't keep your word then I can't expect you to even be honest about anything else. So I wouldn't want you to work on or even deal with them from that point on. I now question if the mower wasn't damaged before that I couldn't tell or what could be wrong as he wasn't there when I picked it up and she really couldn't give me any information on the things I asked but even said he would call me to go over that too and he apparently is to busy to help a customer or even return a call. They showed me I'm not important enough to them so why should anyone else be. Also I found out she told me it's 0% interest for 48 months if I financed the mower to find out it's 36 months so even that information was incorrect.
