He was great at working with my Mom before the move in getting her boxes, changing the moving date, dropping off stuff to my Dad's room in a separate area of the building, and answering all of her questions! The day of the move they were all kind and careful with belongings. My sister and I actually had fun the day of the move and helping these guys get stuff done quickly! Their bid was on track for timing and no extra charge surprises the day of the move. They even took down and moved a very large TV that they were not expecting to do - and they didn't break it in the move! Highly recommend!

My driver had to remind them to secure the wires that were left hanging and to reseal the roof which was still leaking after they had fixed. They also had to re-do the door which they claimed it had been fixed. I spoke with the owner who became defensive and threatened to undo all the repairs and refund my money. Additionally, he gave me a hand- written receipt which does not contain his business name. I have reached out to him twice and he still hasn't submitted the receipt. Moreover, owner used very unprofessional language and was disrespectful. He eventually apologized and blamed " the heat of the moment"

They didn't have a single piece of moving equipment, actually. No dollies - nothing. They packed so inefficiently we were forced to rent another Pod, beyond our 28' truck, which cost another $1800. Upon unpacking in our new home, the truck was in shambles. The pics show the damage which amounts to more than $2,000. The owner has basically said we benefited from his cheap labor and he carries NO INSURANCE!!! He claimed he "wasn't in possession" of our stuff so someone else must have done this?? We supervised the unloading and took pics of everything on the truck, as it was packed. Rich, the owner, takes NO responsibility and blames everyone else but the truck was locked by ABF upon them completing the packing. I don't have a key. ABF unlocked it at our new location, which we witnessed. In trying to resolve with Rich he resorted to personal name calling. Extremely unprofessional people.

They also handled precious, heavy, and expensive items with great care and communicated frequently. I also appreciated how they adjusted to new circumstances quickly, taking in stride some really challenging workloads that other crews might have abandoned.
