This go around, he assisted us with a solution for some rotting wood that supports our central/interior AC unit. He built an additional support to reinforce the area that the ac unit sits on which saved us a ton of money as we didn't need an ac company to come out and remove the entire unit in order for the rotting wood to be replaced. He also replaced an old ceiling fan for us. Matt is always kind and professional and he does great work. Enjoyed working with him again.
