During a previous visit, the technicians reinstalled my rims but ended up damaging two of the center hub caps. These rims are expensive, and the only response I received was a simple apology. There was no real effort to address the damage or make it right. Then on another visit I came in for something very basic -- a fix-a-flat. Before they even started, the employee who greeted us began inspecting other parts of my truck like the wiper blades and generally looking over the vehicle as if he were doing a full inspection. At first I didn't think much of it, but later they told me one of my rims supposedly had a surface crack and said they would have to tow my vehicle unless I purchased a new set of wheels. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily pressured. I came in for a simple repair and instead felt like I was being pushed toward an expensive purchase. Between the damage done to my rims on a previous visit and the pressure during the most recent one, it's hard to trust bringing my vehicle back here.
