I couldn't find my original review so this is an update…read more I paid over $3000 for new tires on my RV. They were expensive tires so I expected a big bill. Everything seemed fine until we took the RV on our first road trip. Shortly after getting underway the Tire pressure sensors on all four of the dully tires went out. The front stayed on fine. I called and their response was. "Not my problem, take it to a ford dealership ". If that wasn't enough, after parking at the campsite, I found one of the chrome nuts missing and 5 others about to come off. I've been looking for a replacement nut but can't find the right size so far. This is not the customer service I expected after such an expensive tire change. Disappointed and I won't recommend them at all.

He not only did things right, the first time, he checked things, that were overlooked for years. He always contacted me first, to clear any new maintenance that should be done. Will return to him with any auto problems that I ever encounter. Prices were average for the market, I feel I was treated very fairly, respectfully.

It seems like the day I went in (31Dec 2025) for a normal maintenance checkup, they had inexperienced teenagers working. There was some misunderstanding of what I was there for. I showed Kaylyn my maintenance schedule which was to check fluids and whatever else and tire rotation. My schedule maintenance light was on and the tire pressure in one tire was a little low. After a long wait, Kaylyn said the car was in excellent condition and didn't charge me anything. I get in the car and my maintenance and tire pressure light were still on and I got a strong smell of oil. A couple of days later, I am driving around town and had to turn off the heat because the oil smell was so strong. I got home and looked under the hood. The oil cap was missing and I now had oil on the engine, underside of the hood and on the outside of the car on the passenger side. It makes no sense that they took the oil cap off. That tells me that they topped it off. They do not carry the right kind of weight that my car requires. I bought an oil cap and went back to Precision. Kaylyn looked at the notes the mechanic made and the notes indicated that they did not do anything or that the oil cap was missing. Of course it wasn't missing. She was baffled as to what happened and assured me that they would not do anything to the car without getting the okay from me, including topping of the oil. Then why was my cap missing, why oil on the side of the car and why when I got into the car it had a trong oil smell that did not go away? She said they could not do anything about the oil on the engine and hood. She offered to order the correct oil and provide a free oil change. Right, there is no way they are touching my car again. An update: Today Precision customer support called me. They were trying to make my experience right by offering to reimburse me for my oil cap and to have the engine cleaned. The oil cap was maybe $12 so I was not going to worry about it. I do not want to take it back to Precision to get the engine cleaned and I am not sure where to take it, so I will do it myself. Unfortunately my review may have gotten the manager in trouble. I did not want that and I feel awful. It appears she had inexperienced workers that day and her hands were full. But I guess her telling me there was nothing they could do about the oil on the engine was not the correct statement. Thank you Precision for trying to make it right.

After taking my car to Day's on the other side of town to fix a noise it was making, they inspected…read moremy car for maybe 15 minutes without driving it at all and ended up quoting me 4 grand to fix my shocks, struts, sway bar links, and lower control arms. That's about half of what I bought the car for. I took it here to Crestview Tire and Wheel and they quoted me $300 after a thorough inspection and actually driving the car. All I needed fixed was one engine mount. The part itself was around $200, which was average pricing compared to other ones online, and they only charged me about $90 in labor. The noise is completely fixed and I now have no other issues with the car. They know what they're doing and ended up saving me thousands of dollars! They did a wonderful job.
