A good bunch of folks that work hard and do a good job! Seth does NOT talk fast - he walks you through the optional services based on your mileage and will answer any question you have about them. Carl is a good guy, as well. He's a little terse, but is happy to talk to you about anything, if you are nice to him. I have used this location for years - it is next door to my neighborhood. I bring in my own oil and filter - only pay for the labor - which comes to about $30. The oil/filter (Mobil1 synthetic/STP XL filter) are usually about $25 on sale at Autozone. I put roughly 3200 miles a month on my vehicle (370z) and "baby" it quite a bit. I wouldn't use ALF if they didn't do good work. * Ask for your military discount because they're not allowed to ask you!! It's 25% * Mom went today for the first time and I feel like she was was taken advantage of. She went for an oil change. She was offered an air filter, which she agreed to but was not told the price up front. She gets a $196 bill. She has a Disabled Veteran tag but forgot to ask if they had a military discount. She mentioned it after she paid and the tech stated he wasn't allowed to offer her a military discount, if she didn't mention it. The supervisor did refund her the 25% military discount. read more

This morning I accompanied my sister to have her oil changed at this location. We asked for a Basic Oil Change, which was listed on their sign at $24.99. Their technician decided, without asking to add on every single service that he could think of and raise the bill to $117 without asking. Imagine the shock at the end. At no point in time did he ever ask for permission or tell us that he was performing anything other than a basic oil change. Highway robbery. Plain and simple. When I expressed that this was the last time they would ever get my business, they were shocked. Avoid this place at all costs. Go somewhere else. The wait time was stupidly long, too. Went there one morning and was assisted by David. Very nice,polite and helpful. No problem.Gave my card to pay for the oil change. Went straight home. That night I get notifications that someone is trying to use my card for a cash app. I hadn't used my card in weeks and that was the only time I'd used it. Yet again, another issue of a local oil change place putting the WRONG OIL in my car. They know the right oil that's supposed to go in, but they neglected to put that type in. My check engine light came on. Error code possible cause is wrong oil type. So, I go change my oil myself as I normally do, and voila, check engine light is off! Screw these guys, have respect for something that people bust their asses to own. They also over-tighten the crap out of everything. I mean, your average tools will not work to remove that oil filter... I'm lucky to have a neighbor who's essentially a mechanic. read more

Waited a half an hour in a line of cars just to be next in line and get told that they didn't have the correct oil or filter for my car. I was then told to but my own supplies and bring it to them for the change. It's a BMW not a Bugatti and if I'm going to the parts store for oil I'm just going to do it myself. Fast and Easy! We pulled right in, no wait for a full service oil change, stayed in the car and in 25 minutes we were done. Awesome! 1st off Dylan, assistant manager, made sure there was plenty of and the right diesel oil in stock before I got there. The rest of the crew worked together like a well-honed military operation. We talked about best way to maintain my rig and each of them had good info pointers. No wait for this place if you go at the right time of day. But $36.99 for just a standard oil change? I can do it myself for less. Great that they topped off my fluids, but I keep up with that stuff so it wasn't really a plus for me. The guys were nice but tried to up-sell me on a lot of things. $100 for a powering steering flush is ridiculous. No coupons or loyalty program that I know of. Won't be going back. read more

This place is A RIP OFF! Do not go here for an oil change! First off you tell them you need an oil change. They will tell you your car requires full synthetic oil and procede with the oil change as well as 10 other procedures without you questioning them. When you finally go out of your way to tell them you don't need their "REQUIRED" full synthetic they tell you thats all they have in stock. After the "oil change" plus the 10 other things they decided to do to your car without your concent they proceed to charge you $80 FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Please do not fall for this scam and go to pep boys or good they where the price is $30. I cannot stress enough this place is a scam! They put the wrong oil in my diesel truck, therefore wasting my $70 additive. Changed to correct oil at no additional charge, but I had to drive 50 miles round trip to get it corrected. Would not replace my additive and owner would not even return my call. Owner does not stand behind his employees mistakes. Find somewhere else to get your oil changed read more
