I choose their Diamond service to make sure all my levels were ok for the long drive ahead. Today I started to change my oil and noticed a tool stuck in the panel next to the oil filter and it was the clip removing tool that removes the panel to access the oil filter. The panel clip was broken also. And the oil filter was a no name generic brand while I paid for a name brand filter included in the Diamond service. Auto Quick McDonough is quick to take your money and quick to preform shoddy work your vehicle and charge an outrageous price... Diamond oil change service $55.00 out the door for what? I have come learn that quick doesn't mean quality as the old adage goes... (their) haste makes (my) waste! = /

Three different repair shops fixed the problem...or not...several times. Light would come back on. Cars do not pass emissions when the check engine light is on. Carly's light had been on steadily since passing emissions last year. I now live near H3 Automotive Repair in McDonough and love those guys. When I left for a judging assignment last week, I dropped Carly off and said "she needs to pass emissions." I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

I didn't tell them that I was having a difficult time getting stopped and that I was pressing hard on the brake. I also didn't tell them that my car would rev up when stopped sometimes. They figured it all out when I took my car in. My brake pads needed replaced, my spark plugs needed replaced, and my idol throttle needed cleaned. It all made perfect sense to me.
