I appreciate not only did they change my oil but also did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and brought to my attention a few things that will need repair in the near future so I can plan and budget for it. I appreciate this so I don't have any surprises or sudden car issues. I went there to get an alignment. Which I call first said there wasn't any wait 15 mins later 2 hour wait. Got my car alignment went not even a mile down the street and had to take it back! It was worse than it was before I got there. The guy Alined my car again. End result I had to park my truck and went somewhere else 2 days later. I will never go there again! read more

I stopped by this business simply to add air to my right rear tire. The technician came out and suggested he take it off and check it for damage. I agreed. He quickly gathered his equipment and removed the tire and I immediately saw two nails imbedded in the tread. He repaired the tire quickly and expertly and reinstalled it. He then checked all tires for proper pressure and adjusted where needed. He did all this in under 20 minutes and then they refused to accept payment. They said it was complimentary. So I tipped the tech $20 and decided that from this point forward I'd bring all 5 of my vehicles here for all new tire services including balancing and rotations. This kind of service is a rarity these days and is most appreciated. read more

This is one of those shops that have you throwing money at your car issues only to tell you "OH, we THOUGHT that would fix the problem. But now we can fix the real problem for an additional (insert bank balance here"). You know, the problem you said it was when you brought the car in and they said "you don't know what you're talking about, people try to diagnose their cars all the time and are wrong". Oh, it was that? Oops, your money, our bad! And by the way, they don't do physical inspections on your car issues. No. Per the district manager, they do visual inspections, but they can't see everything! That way, when they tell you everything is perfect and you find out it's not and confront them about it, they have an out. If you have money to spare and like playing cat and mouse with your time and car issues, I highly recommend this place. You won't find a better song and dance routine in all of Fayette County. I was very pleased with there shop clean and they beat the price of my lowest bid on tires out of the five tire shop I visited in Fayetteville Ga. They said my car repair would only take a day and a half when in reality it did not they had my car for over 2 weeks they lost my keys in the process by leaving it in another customer's car they put my car to the side to work on "more important clients" brakes are still screeching after getting them replaced weeks later only took 100 dollars off my total tab after all that I would not recommend going lost out on work for 2 weeks as well! read more

I miss Rich Hoffman!The new management of Hoffman tire is dreadful. I ordered four new tires and paid for them on June 28. I had an appointment to have The new tires put on the car on June 30. After several hours with my car in the shop I left with only three new tires and one of my old dangerous tires. I understand that they are not responsible for delivery problems however I am unhappy that they started changing my tires when they only had two of the four tires. One more tire came in that afternoon but I did not get my fourth new tire on my car until July 9 and I feel this is unacceptable. Once Again Hoffman Tire Pros has wasted my time. The last time Hoffman Tire Pros worked on my Vehicle they put the Sensor on my tire backwards & I had to come back up there a few times for them to fix it.Then all of a Sudden I'm told that 2 lug nuts have been stripped which they weren't stripped before I went to Hoffman's & I was told last week that the Lug nuts were in their shop so I show up today & I was told that the Lug nuts are not at the shop & to go to the dealership I completely wasted my time & Gas coming to their shop when all they had to do was tell me that the Lug nuts were not in the shop before I drove to Fayetteville,then I was told today that I would be charged the price of some new lug nuts and Manual Labor to put them on when the while time Hoffman's stripped my lug in the first place. There is an overall lack of Communication today the guy that recommended Hoffman's called up there to see why I was being given the run around & they lied to him and told him some lame excuse.I don't t recommend this place at all. read more
