I brought my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in as it was overheating. Badly. I knew the radiator and…read morewater pump were more than likely bad. The engine still runs great so I didn't want to just trash the car. They replaced the radiator but it still wasn't working right and determined the water pump was bad. Now I've never replaced the water pump and it was completely rusted at the bolts and they had to try and drill and tap out all of the bolts. It took about a day and they did not charge me for the full hours. I now have a great running car with no overheating issues. Could not be happier with the car they gave back to me.
