I brought My other vehicle to the new mechanic just to have them check the new battery Crossroads put in due to on going issues. I was shown where the battery wasn't bolted back in place and one of the connectors had been broken. I'll have to take my car it to the dealership to have it replaced. I've gone to Crossroads for several years. they were bought out and have gone downhil And no longer have great customer service.

After being assured it "wasn't their fault" I left. My car started getting worse and worse. Low idle, sloppy gear shifting, and the check engine light came back on. So I took it to PepBoys. Once they got my car into a bay (about 15 minutes), they found the problem in about 5 minutes. The air filter had been installed wrong (by the other place). On February 26, 2026, I paid approximately $1,570.36 to repair my A/C system. At no time was I informed of any condenser issues, possible system contamination, or the likelihood that additional related components might need replacement. Less than two months later, on April 23, 2026, the A/C failed again, and I was presented with another estimate of approximately $1,263.38 to replace the condenser. Given how soon the problem returned, I am concerned that the original diagnosis may not have fully addressed the underlying issue. I believe I should have been informed of any potential contamination or related component concerns during the initial repair. I am also disappointed that no consideration has been given for reduced labor costs or other accommodation despite the repeat failure occurring so soon after the original service. We had a very scary experience with Mavis Tires. We've purchased several sets of tires from them…read moreover the years and have always trusted them, so this was especially disappointing. My husband brought our vehicle in for a simple tire patch. Instead of focusing on the repair, they aggressively tried to sell him four new tires that he did not need. He declined and asked them to simply change the oil and put the car back together. When he got the vehicle back, the front tire had been inflated to over 80 PSI, which is far above the recommended pressure. Even worse, by the time we got home, all of the engine oil had drained out of the car after the oil change. This could have resulted in catastrophic engine damage or even a serious safety hazard. After talking with a colleague, I learned they had a very similar experience at the Peachtree City location, which makes me concerned that this may not be an isolated incident. These kinds of practices could cost someone their life. We believe the over inflated tire was intentional. I would avoid this place completely.
