What great event with the Savanah Bananas and the Indianapolis Clowns playing a weekend series at Great American Ballpark here in Cincinnati. Wild player antics before and during a wild game of baseball. Yeah it's baseball but with the rules amped up to make for a more interesting game. Catch a foul ball in the stands and the player is out, different players with different uniforms... stunts and trick plays keep you guessing what's going to happen next. Fun atmosphere for all !

Had a weekend getaway at Cincinnati great American ballpark came to see the Cincinnati Reds play the Arizona Diamondbacks. It was a great game. They had a lot of camaraderie. They even sang the take me out to the ball game song. It was such a good time. They have a lot of really cool snacks like this soft serve in a souvenir hat. They also had Penn Station and we had to grab one it. It's such a great venue if you are ever nearby and can swing a game I definitely would.

I always love coming here during baseball season to watch the Reds. It's one of those places that's just consistently a good time. The seats are usually pretty affordable, the atmosphere is fun, and it never feels overwhelmingly crowded, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Parking is also super convenient, especially with how close the garages are, and getting in and out of the stadium is really easy. I also appreciate that you can bring your own food and even a small cooler, which honestly helps a lot. That being said, the prices inside the stadium have gotten absolutely outrageous. I understand that this is pretty standard across most stadiums, but there's definitely room for improvement. It would be great to see them take a step back and reevaluate pricing across the board, or at least offer some kind of deals or special promotions on certain days. Otherwise, I could genuinely see it turning people away over time. Overall, it's still a really fun place to spend a day or evening, and I'll definitely keep coming back. I just hope they make some adjustments to keep it accessible for everyone.

I recently visited Cincinnati for the three game series against my San Francisco Giants. Besides the games I also partook in a stadium tour. It is a nice venue and I also appreciate the baseball history displayed. I wasn't impressed with the concessions. I tried the all you can eat pass for $25. The "hot dogs" were the most disgustingly inedible awful looking and revolting "food" ever! I don't think that was meat! So pale and unappetizing looking. Just ridiculous! They should be ashamed serving these. That's not food! Other than five of these most pathetic excuses for "hot dogs" you get popcorn, peanuts, chips, and soda. Pass on this pass!

One of the best ballparks is right here in Cincinnati. My family and I love the atmosphere here. My wife and I have been to about 1/2 of the MLB parks. This one is tough to beat.

    Bad seats, but ridiculous view!

Home of the Cincinnati Reds MLB team. Decent park for being almost 20 years old already. They have done many updates to keep current with times. Great American Ball Park is easy to get to park and walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars just outside to hit up before going inside and paying $14.00 per beer. ( Insane) All in all nice ball park with a good vibe. If visiting Cincinnati during Reds season, hit up a game and some bars afterwards.

Great American Ball Park is underrated. The reason I mention this is because it gets put at the bottom of many MLB stadium lists. However, I enjoyed my time at the stadium which included two games against my Red Sox and a stadium tour. The stadium tour lasted close to two hours long and our tour guide Dave had a great sense of humor and wasn't a know-it-all like some other tours I've been on. We walked on the field behind home plate, into the dugouts, and even checked out all of the club seating options throughout the stadium. I attended a Saturday game in the Champions Club which included food and soft drinks. The view from the seats is perfect and the food was surprisingly good for stadium food. The Sunday game I attended was in the Scouts Club, these seats were closer to the field but you ARE in the sun. The lounge area inside is nice with booths, TV's, a bar, bathrooms but you do have to pay for your concessions. These seats do include in-seat service too which is nice if you don't want to miss any of the action. Great American ball park has a hall of fame museum right outside the stadium which is incredible. Probably the best baseball museum outside of Cooperstown.

A very beautiful stadium for the Reds organization. I found it to be very easy to navigate within the stadium. You're just walking in circles and everything was pretty accessible . They had plenty of drink and food stations that offered some of the local favorites and I also spotted a chick fila as well. Entering and exiting the stadium was pretty easy.

This ball park truly is a gem. Located in downtown Cincinnati a block from the Ohio river this stadium offers pretty views of the river plus a great atmosphere. On baseball game day the Cincinnati Reds have made the ball park a family entertainment destination. From the variety of food offered to kids play areas to a music stage there is plenty to do. But don't forget to catch the game! The food offerings go from traditional ball park faves like hot dogs and popcorn to hometown favorites such as Cincinnati chili and Montgomery Inn BBQ. There is a good selection of beer also. Located on the ground level is a fairly large open area with picnic tables to eat and perhaps catch some Live music before the game. There are ample spaces for kids of all ages, from play equipment to a small sized baseball diamond where youth can practice their hitting skills. An upper deck features a wee little one's area. Which also has great views of the Ohio river. Speaking of the river if you have tickets somewhere near or at home plate in the upper sections you will have a wonderful view of the ball diamond and of the river. Before or after the game you can catch many restaurants and bars across the street from the stadium. There is also a DORA area located there. One tip if you want to avoid some sun purchase tickets from home plate out to a little past the first base line (especially in the in the upper sections).

Go Ahead line is the slowest moving line!!! We were told this was supposed to be very quick facial recognition, but we actually stood in line much longer than the people in the regular lines next to us! Lessons learned - don't use Go Ahead!

Play ball!!! As far as ball parks go, Great American Ball Park (GABP) has a lot going on. And, for most people, each visit may be a different experience altogether. For me, as a Chicago native, I typically go to GABP when the Cubs come in to town to beat the Reds. I've been going to Cubs/Reds games periodically for at least 20 years now. From day one, the first thing I noticed was how many Cubs colors were worn in the stands. It's awesome! The best part is that everyone is all about having a good time and getting along. There's no hate, no anger or bitter rivalry. It's just a ball game, and I love it. The park itself is clean and has a lot of food, snacks and beverages to choose from. I'm not certain of all the pricing, but it's typical ball park pricing, for the most part. Quality and pricing are about what you'd expect. On select night games, they do have fireworks shows after the game, so be sure to check and see if there's going to be one after your game. Also, they have giveaway events but you'll want to get there early. Parking is as you would expect. We typically park a block or two into the city. Pricing is standard but the more into the city you go, the less of a nightmare it is getting out. I would try to stay away from multi-story parking garages. Those can be a bit of a nightmare. Would I go back? Absolutely! Like I said, it's always about having fun. With the family, friends, on a date, work event, etc.... it's always a good time. Located right at the edge of the river really makes it even more picturesque on really nice weather days. Pro-tip: Prices vary from game to game. So if you're looking to get out of the house and do something fun, or something you've never done before, go ahead and check out the schedule. Find a game day that interests you and look for seats. You don't need the best seats to have a good time!

I love to go to games at this ballpark. The staff does a great job keeping everyone entertained regardless of your baseball knowledge. All the lower level seats have a great view and they have all the modernized vending options.

Does anyone have any information about the SP+ parking lot west of the stadium. Corner of Race & 3rd? I made a reservation there for game parking through Spot Hero but it didn't give a good explanation of how it works.

I came back recently for a game against my Alma Mater and have to say that this place was rocking for a little bit. It's too bad that Wes Miller is incapable of coaching a basketball team because the crowd was booing before we ever got to halftime. I met a kind manager named Stewart or something along those lines. He is a great example of what every team should look for in a manager: fluffy, capable of grabbing balls, and on top of it! The seats weren't that comfy but oh well. This place has the chance to move to 5 stars if they start winning some ball games. I don't see that happening with Wes Miller, but who knows. An arena is only as good as its fans make it. Edit: Upon more recent developments... Another thing that was a bit off putting was when Stewart (the manager) asked if he could "top me off." At first, I thought he was offering me another beer, but his persistence to contact me through my socials -- I'll spare the details -- has lead me to believe he meant something else. Idk kinda weird.
