But the moment Tali and Juan saw how urgent my situation was, they immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. It took more than 40 minutes to carefully remove both of my rings. They used a special manual ring-cutting tool and were incredibly patient and careful to make sure my skin wasn't injured.
