Great Brother Electrical did a great job wiring and installing hallway wall sconces, re-wiring a can light to its own switch and pre-wiring a wall ahead of a built in cabinet installation for my home office. After fully understanding the scope of work, they provided a fair quote and completed the job with only one small hiccup--accidentally drilling through a wire that connects my patio door to the alarm system. They were able to quickly reconnect the broken wire and reimbursed me for the additional drywall holes created to fix the door alarm. What a great team! Gosh, Great Brother Electrical was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service, reliability and honesty! I sent a message requesting an appointment and received a call almost immediately. Jose put me on the schedule and called to confirm the day before. The lights in our master closet were flickering and we suspected the electrical touch-button sensor that turns them on with the door opening/closing was the issue. They arrived on time & got right to work. Within 20min they honestly let me know it wasn't an electrical issue but all four fluorescent bulbs were low causing the issue. What could have been $$$$ for an electrical issue turned out to be four light bulbs needing to be replaced. Their honesty was incredible and for that we would highly recommend Great Brothers. On short notice and limited information about the job, they showed up and installed two 60 amp circuits in my main panel, pulled wire through my attic, buried the wire and terminated in a sun-panel in my shed. We just moved into the area and the home was quite dark with limited recessed lighting. We asked Great Brother Electrical services for an estimate and an appointment. I requested basically about 36 total recessed lights throughout our home. They were very responsive via text throughout the estimate process and were flexible when some of the plans had to change (how many lights in the living room for ex) and just updated the invoice. They were also informative throughout the process. If a full canned light was not available, they went out and got the slim recessed LED types on their own and just adjusted along the way. Jose the owner and main contact was also very nice and communicative. He tried to install smart switches that I had pre-purchased. He tested and found they would not work and recommended other switches that would work better (Lutron). A day later I tried to update a switch myself to add a dimmer I bought and some plugs in the room didn't work afterwards. I thought I broke it and I called Jose, and he was nice and accommodating enough to come by and identify and confirm it was just the breaker and replaced the breaker part for me immediately.
