He spent 25 minutes on-site and only did light wiring on two outlets, but still charged $350 because "that's what was quoted." No materials used, just labor. He did give a $50 discount, but $350 for 25 minutes is the most I've ever paid for basic electrical work. When I pushed back, he said "Google placement is expensive." If you use this company, insist on a basic service call first. Don't agree to pricing until someone actually sees the problem.

Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. Called two weeks ago to inform them that my entire was not being mowed and that I had grass down the center that was at least 3 to 4 inches taller. Gave them two weeks to correct, still not correct- it's now worse, I have strips of tall green grass and burned grass to the soil. Was promised crew would be out on Friday or Saturday to fix. Waited until late Saturday and was then told they were waiting on the crew manager to reach back out to them and they would try for Monday. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the new management team no longer does this. To add insult to injury, they mowed off a sprinkler head in an area they mowed too low. After I shared I recently paid over $400 to have my whole system checked and repaired, they came out within a few days to fix the broken head. When I called Chorbie Weed Treatment, they actually made an effort to keep my business as they now serve as two separate entities. I hired another company to come out and mow properly. Yard looks great again. It's just hard to believe they just let a loyal customer go that fast.

And it's located at The Shops at Legacy on the top 3rd floor of the parking garage. The station is pretty big! There's about 11 spaces available specifically reserved for Tesla vehicles only. When I showed up there were about three others parked in their car waiting for their vehicles to fully charge. The Supercharger is no longer complimentary to all Tesla owners, if you purchased your Tesla after Dec 2018 you are now charged a small fee for plugging in. Fees are automatically charged to the credit card tied to your Tesla account when you unplug.

I would highly recommend Light It Up Electric. They give free estimates so you can get a sense of the cost beforehand (not at an hourly rate) and on top of that, super affordable. The door bell on our 3- year old home was not working -- and really never did work well. The team quickly diagnosed that we needed a new and larger transformer to properly serve the two chimes. Mr Sparky came out, replaced the one beeping, no charge. Now they say I have to pay to replace the defective ones because the warranty ran out one month ago! I argued that they put in defective ones, why didn't they replace them all at once instead of letting my warranty expire? No, they only replace them when the battery goes out. These type of smoke detectors don't have a 9-volt that can be replaced. Supervisor John Whitfield, Customer Value Manager at Mister Sparky got snappy with me so I called the police. His worker walked out and drove away without replacing anything. So, this company doesn't care about pleasing customers, just ripping them off. Be careful of wolves in sheep's clothing.
