This is a really nice farmer's market!…read more You get the regular like veggies, fruits, bread, eggs, etc. But you also get a lot of not so common things that are all about eating healthy: homemade Kombucha, fresh 100% juice, snacks, honey, grenola....and much more. Absolutely worth to check out! And it is mostly local beacause of people who have enough guts to start their own business, that alone is a good reason to support them! It's open Wednesdays from 3-7pm, a few Saturdays as well. You can stop by after work, get good groceries AND have dinner there while listening to some live music. There is homemade food available, authentic indian food and pizza. Lots of seating and you get entertained by live music. What else do you want? Right, dessert! Guess what, they have it as well. This small farmer's market in the east parking lot of Sunridge mall intrigued me today. Popped…read moreinto find that they sell cases of vegetables and fruits at cheaper prices than most places. Bought some Bing cherries, 2 bags of shucked tender corn on the cobs (6 per bag) for only $5.99/2 bags, BC Apricots, Apples, Papaya, Tomatoes, Oranges, a whole box of 12 mangoes = total bill came to only $37!! That's reasonably cheaper than Safeway or Superstore. The corn niblets were so tender and sweet! The mangoes, sweet as can be! I will be back to shop here when I'm in the NE.
