RUDE AND ABRASIVE. My husband and 3 year old son will never be back. Both hairdressers were rude and abrasive. My husband and I just wanted to get out of there. My husband's haircut was so bad and uneven, and she did not do what he asked. When he tried having her fix it, she was rude and still did not resolve it, but made it worse. We ended up going to Supercuts and they were able to fix it and the atmosphere was much more welcoming. read more

I went to get my beard trimmed and shaped. I was the only person there. The tension was thick. The young lady made me feel uncomfortable. When I sat in the chair, she grabbed the clippers and started trimming. Two minutes later, she was done. That was the quickest beard grooming I've ever had done. This place needs serious change in the way they do business. All of the people who work there are very unprofessional. The employees gossip about each other and about paying customers after they walk out of the door, in front of anyone who is in there. I've been here a few times and I won't be back. The short dark haired lady, the long red headed lady, and the girl with curly hair and glasses. All 3 of them need to work on running their mouth. Going into a place of business and hearing hair stylists ignore the person paying to get a haircut & talk bad about each other and degrade customers as they walk out of the door is really trashy. Complaining about the amount of their tips in front of customers is really unprofessional. It made me feel very uncomfortable sitting there listening to all of that garbage. No one wants to listen to all of that. And I feel really bad for the other people who work there not knowing how their coworkers talk about them behind their backs. Also this was literally the worst haircut I've ever had. What's the point in showing a picture of how I want my hair cut if it's not going to be even remotely close to the picture? I asked for a simple gentlemen's cut and I got basically a very uneven fade leaving me white walled. Now my hair is sticking up everywhere in the back. And I left bleeding on one ear with scratches all over the back of my neck. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I guess I will go to the other hair salon on the other side of public from now on. Y'all need to get your crap together. I will NEVER step foot in another great clips and I will not allow the people I love to go there either. I just had the most horrid experience I've EVER had getting my hair cut, in my life. Not only did I get sprayed directly in the face with the water bottle after the stylist got an attitude because I didn't know what guard she should use. She buzzed my hair almost to the crown of my head and it was too late before I realized what happened. She preceded to cut, after showing her numerous pictures of the style I wanted. She took almost all the length off the top of my head when all I asked her to do was trim it so that it blended in. At this point I'm frustrated and upset, but I'm trusting that she'll make it better. She blow dried my hair leaving it straight up in a mock afro on top of my head. I'm thinking ok, she'll put some product in it at the end. She then goes back in with the scissors and takes even more length off everything. During this she's also hitting me in the face with her long fake nails. The final blow though is when she's using the clippers to clean up the edges, she cut my left ear, I didn't say anything because accidents happen right? She then proceeds to trim around my right ear, clips it and when I flinched she pulled me back into place by my ear, then clipped it again and I finally spoke up. Her response was never a single apology, I got "what did they bite you? That's just the clippers. It happens." I went to pay and my boyfriend notices a huge chunk of hair she missed, she offered to fix it but I just wanted to leave. I then get a call from their manager and while she apologized, she yet again explained away every single issue I had experienced as something that 'just happens'. I left that store in pain and sobbing because the only way to fix my hair is to now buzz cut it. read more

Probably the worst haircut I've ever received in my life. Asked for layers...what I got looks like I let my 8 yr old niece loose on my hair with hedge clippers. There are literally gaps where chunks of hair were just cut out in random spots all over my head. Will never be going back. read more

I came to get a trim and some curtain bangs today and had a very bad experience. This isn't my first experience there and the last time I came it was fine. Today I came in and the haircut lasted a total of 10 minutes and my hair was never even wet in the back where I was getting it trimmed. In the back it was very jagged and uneven and there was a whole section that is shorter than all of the rest of them. I showed her a picture of what I wanted the bangs to look like before she started and she only cut them on one side leaving me with bangs on one side with my naturally middle-parted hair. She then sprayed something in them and told me I could style them myself. I would probably understand why she rushed so much if there were people there but it wasn't busy at all and there were at least three other girls there with open seats to do people's hair. It is a walk-in no appointment place so there was no reason for her to rush like she needed to get to someone else. Afterwards, she just handed me my glasses and I looked in the mirror and I knew the bangs were bad but I had no clue it was so uneven in the back. She never handed me a mirror or anything to see if I liked the length. I would've gone back inside and asked her to fix it but honestly I was so terrified she would mess my hair up even more. I honestly don't understand how she has a license to cut hair after seeing how she cutting mine because it was so obviously messed up. read more
