I am very basic with my hair - I keep it blonde but only get it done about twice per year and the nature of my job has it in a ponytail of some sort pretty much every day. This is why I was nervous - I didn't want something that would drastically change anything and the stylist I saw before knew that. I went in saying I wasn't cutting my hair as I was growing it back out. After telling Chelsea what my daily (crappy :)) routine is she asked if we could cut it and I just said yes haha. I knew it was just for the better and we're only talking about a few inches, not a foot. I told her to do what she thought would look best for cut and color and she did. I was SO happy when I left. A few inches off, a little more dimension to my color, and an awesome interior. I ended up actually feeling so good I ASKED to buy products at the end. They sat in my car for three days while I debated returning them after paying that much for them. But I was so happy I kept them and decided to try to give my hair some love. Price was super reasonable, the stylist was great, the interior is awesome and everyone seemed friendly. I wasn't sure if I was going to make this my new salon home but once I walked out I knew I was "breaking up" with my old stylist (i just still have to tell him!) If you live around here you need to check it out if you're looking for somewhere new.

She keeps her skills current by staying informed on new styles and techniques. Jessie has styled my hair for 8 years. Occasionally, I have had to go to another stylist and those results were ok at best. Jessie got it right the first time. She just moved to a new salon where she has her own room. The salon is bright and welcoming. It's much nicer than those with multiple stations next to each other. Jessie is awesome and I recommend her to everyone.

Every experience I have had at this salon was disturbing and unprofessional. I had a horrible wax…read moreand did not leave a tip because I was so disappointed, the next time I got the same wax I watched the woman waxing me tell them woman at the counter to charge me higher because "I do not tip" I got a Brazilian and checked out the work when I got home and there were whole patches of skin inches and inches of skin covered with hair and dried wax. (It was seriously insane I would share pictures but that would obviously be highly inappropriate) I had to go back in for them to finish the job. Very disappointing and painful! /: Last week I got my hair cut and styled so I left the salon happy but when I showered and dried my hair the next day it was completely uneven and choppy. I went in to ask the stylist to fix it and she actually asked me if I cut my own hair after I left the day before..... she "fixed" it but it's still one of the worst hair cuts I've ever had and was very over-priced. Based on her professional judgment she provided a conditioner to improve the overall health and condition of my granddaughter's hair. It was immediately evident that it made a difference!
